I should have done more investigating before I ordered from here. It wasn't horrible but wasn't great either. I used DD to deliver which went well. I ordered a Cajun grilled chicken salad with homemade honey mustard and deep fried pepper poppers and a crab cake sandwich. The deep fried peppers were good, the salad was edible but very bland especially for Cajun and the crab sandwich wasn't edible. Didn't smell or taste right. I won't ordering from here anymore.

Sort of like a hole in the wall look on the outside. But decent size on the inside. But more importantly is that the items are prepared perfectly and taste amazing. Everytime we come here and chose different items to try we are not disappointed.

My husband and I just ordered from here through uber eats. Oh my.. sooooo good. We can't give any feedback on the atmosphere because we haven't dined at the restaurant yet, but this is one of our new favorite places. Our daughter is autistic so she's picky when it comes to food, but she was eating good!

Food are really delicious. Fries and the jalapeño special are freshly fries. Cheese steak sandwich are also good. I went there almost the closing time and staffs are really good, no hurry and everything is really good. Parking are easy with lots of the space. Credit card accepted. Enjoy !

Got the Gyro, and the pita was stale. The meat had the taste and texture like the "store bought" variety, and the Tzatziki sauce wasn't very tasty at all. I've had better at Arby's.

I’ve always enjoyed Cravings and have often ordered from them for our office. Today, however, the experience was poor.
My office staff ordered three sandwiches for lunch, but one of them was incorrect—we received a California burger instead of a California chicken sandwich.
Mistakes happen, not a big deal, we weren’t upset, so I called Cravings to explain the mix-up. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and immediately acknowledged the error, she offered to either remake the correct sandwich or issue a credit. Since we paid with cash, I decided I’d head back to pick up the correct order. Simple enough.
But, when I arrived to pick it up the man at the counter, who I presume is the owner, looked right at me and asked, “Did you bring the burger back?” I was caught off guard and replied, “No—was I supposed to?” He stared at me, deadpan, and said, “Yes, it would have been an even exchange.” Umm no - I’m not exchanging a sweater sir.
Not only was this super weird and contentious, but I was being treated as though I’d done something wrong, when all I’d done was pick up the order as it was handed to me.
I’m still baffled. What would they even do with a burger that had already left their premises???? Toss it, most likely, which I’d already done.
I can’t understand why they would make the customer feel responsible for their mistake. It was disappointing and left a really sour taste after what should have been a quick and simple fix.
Given the experience, I will not be ordering from Cravings again.
