Visited the tasting room in Lancaster and had a lovely visit. The tasting was well explained by the woman working and the wine was overall very good! The tasting room setup is tiny, with only a couple chairs I could see it getting stuffy if more people had been there. Wish there were a few other chairs/tables but I understand the space is limited!

Literally had the best time of our girls weekend here! We went to a few wineries before coming to Deerfoot and none of them matched up. The bartender (Sonia) was so fun and knowledgeable about what she was serving and literally couldn’t have had a better time! She made our lancaster trip so special! 10/10 would recommend! Vibes were stellar.

I enjoyed my wine tasting at Deerfoot Winery. I really enjoyed most of the wines. I came home with 2 bottles! The hostess was very nice and we had a great conversation.

We had a group of 8 for a bachelorette party wine tasting. Kaseywas SO helpful! She knew a lot about the wines, made us laugh and feel comfortable, and was overall a great host. She even offered to take a group picture of us! We would totally come back and the wines tasted great!!

If you're walking through downtown Lancaster, this is a nice little tasting room to stop by! For $5, you can sample about 8 wines. Most of them, however, are dry. I am a sweet wine drinker, so I personally did not love a lot of them. However, my friend with me is and thought they were delicious. The few sweet wines they did have, however, were good, my favorite being Country Red! The girl behind the counter was super sweet and great at telling us about each wine. They also display artwork from a local artist, which is different each month on their wall. There isn't really much seating, two chairs, and a little bar area, really just a sampling center.

Nice shop to stop and have a glass of wine or try a variety of samples. Everything was amazing! Something for everyone there. Gracious and knowledgeable host. Will be back again soon.

What a fun find while I was wondering around Lancaster on Sunday. I stopped hoping to find a wine to take with me and instead hopped in on a very fun and affordable wine tasting, for $5 you try almost all of the wines. I left with a bottle with of Blanc de Blanc and chambourcin. I’m very happy with my entire experience. I will visit in the future if I make my way back to Lancaster.

Deerfoot was an amazing experience! The wine is fairly priced and it taste really good. Clarissa displayed a level of hospitality that you rarely experience nowadays. I will continue to support this establishment and will recommend others to do the same.

Extremely welcoming tasting room! I recently visited while David was manning the tasting room. The tastings are a great price and they also had a candy pairing available when I went. They have a great selection of wines that cater to every taste! David is very knowledgeable with the wines his son produces and has great stories about the farm. Can't wait to visit again!

Take the time to stop by this awesome tasting room. The owner Dan is a third generation farmer and incredibly knowledgeable. The wines are absolutely delicious, you can tell that a lot of love has gone into producing them (the majority of the grapes used are grown at their family farm). Not only are the wines tasty (and there is a variety of options) but the labels are extremely unique--all of them have been produced by local artist, teachers, and Dan's wife! I can't wait to head downtown for a first Friday art event (they also feature a different local artist every month in the space). If you believe in supporting locals that support community and you love wine, then do yourself a favor and stop by! I promise you are in for a treat!
