Queen Street Dominions will not honor a coupon straight out of Clippers magazines. So afterwards I called the Columbia Ave one and they accept it? This is Beyond BS. And I will be complaining to Clippers how they false advertised.

do not eat here! one of my close friends went here yesterday and ordered a pizza for her family, they ATE IT NOT REALIZING THERE WAS A COCKROACH UNDERNEATH THE PAPER!!! once my friend got home to grab a slice for herself she saw the bug crawl from UNDERNEATH the paper!!! she asked for a refund and they REFUSED IT! Terrible terrible business

Pizza was fantastic, good environment. Pickup time was right on par. Extra props for being one of the only pizza joints in Lancaster open past 10pm. Will definitely get again when I’m back in town.

No longer offers store delivery; only DoorDash. Misplaced a $70 order on their own and refused to remake it until we cancelled it and reordered. This resulted in having to waits days for a refund and a hungry family.
Their food is great, but service is so so. Often get told 15-20 minutes for pickup, and when I arrive they tell me it’ll be another 5-10 minutes, at least twice, so the wait times can be double what they tell you on the phone but you won’t know until you get there. Probably wouldn’t have this problem if eating in. Food is great though.
