“Fast service. This location however must be in some financial trouble. Sauce is just lightly drizzled on wings. Saw a sign advertising employment for $10/hr. Absolutely ridiculous. Owners should be ashamed of themselves for exploiting people like that. Those employees deserve better.“
“I placed an order for pick up at the Manheim Pike store in Lancaster PA and made a mistake with a coupon. I wish I got the employee's name who helped me, because she went over and above to help me with my order. That kind of customer service doesn't happen very often and was very much appreciated. I think she was the only female working that I could see, so I hope her supervisor sees this. She definitely deserves some recognition. Thank you for being so nice, sympathetic and helpful! Oh, and the food was fantastic!“
“I'm just thankful to have been served. It was impossible to order via phone. Paid for Xtra toppings but did not get it, asked for dish that didn't happen either. Too bad it's like that but again. I'm just thankful to have eaten.
