Service was very unprofessional had an issue with an elderly caucasian women who is an employee there first issue was they didn’t have the soda that I had ordered second issue the lady was giving me issues with my order when she stated that I can enter the card number in myself but gave me an attitude because she saw where I worked and said don’t yall take card numbers on the phone which at my job we do not but hers they do which I see was no issue like my job had nothing to do with her giving me my order I than asked for a two liter to be added to my order she stated that she would give it to me for free which I said I didn’t have an issue paying for a $4 soda my issue was that that employee was extremely unprofessional when she could’ve just charged me for the soda instead of giving me issues never returning or ordering from your location ever again !!!!

The Domino's at 1611 Manheim Pike offers curbside online but doesn't execute at the store, so I'm sitting in my car watching the 3 guys inside talk to one another while ignoring their customer...

Worst Dominos in the area. People aren't polite there. We tried to order for delivery they were so rude and racist husband called they put on a fake accent to make matters worse I went in there it was filthy. Noone wore gloves or nets and btw there was a hair in the cheesey bread. Shut this place down or fire all of em . Go somewhere else this dominos isn't a good example for the franchise. Y'all get 0/10
Had to go in and order so that made the guy at the register mad guess I interrupted his phone call with his girlfriend . I said I tried to call multiple times, but nobody answered was not good enough for him and at the end when he Took my food out he had no gloves on

I came in today at 7:08 and clicked that I arrived for my order the employee on shift wasn’t paying attention and had me waiting 15 minutes because he was on his phone watching videos

this place should just close. worst customer service. this an elderly foreign guy told me to wait until he is done talking to his colleague in different language. it was not even about work they were talking about. it was personal staff. after standing there for 5min, he goes like "what do you want ?" . my pizza was ready and all he had to do was hand me pizza and continue with his conversation with his colleague. I feel like he was doing it purposely. worst customer service experience.

Ordered last night and waited over an hour only for half the order to be wrong! Medium pizzas were far from right and was not what we wanted! Tried to call got no answer now I'm trying to get customer service to help because I want a refund! Very upsetting!
