Worst Dominos in the area. People aren't polite there. We tried to order for delivery they were so rude and racist husband called they put on a fake accent to make matters worse I went in there it was filthy. Noone wore gloves or nets and btw there was a hair in the cheesey bread. Shut this place down or fire all of em . Go somewhere else this dominos isn't a good example for the franchise. Y'all get 0/10

Had to go in and order so that made the guy at the register mad guess I interrupted his phone call with his girlfriend . I said I tried to call multiple times, but nobody answered was not good enough for him and at the end when he Took my food out he had no gloves on

I came in today at 7:08 and clicked that I arrived for my order the employee on shift wasn’t paying attention and had me waiting 15 minutes because he was on his phone watching videos

this place should just close. worst customer service. this an elderly foreign guy told me to wait until he is done talking to his colleague in different language. it was not even about work they were talking about. it was personal staff. after standing there for 5min, he goes like "what do you want ?" . my pizza was ready and all he had to do was hand me pizza and continue with his conversation with his colleague. I feel like he was doing it purposely. worst customer service experience.

Ordered last night and waited over an hour only for half the order to be wrong! Medium pizzas were far from right and was not what we wanted! Tried to call got no answer now I'm trying to get customer service to help because I want a refund! Very upsetting!

They gave my order to another person although with their new system they didn’t realize I was there until I was in the parking lot. Then I had to wait for them to remake my pizza, it was made wrong and I didn’t get the garlic cup I paid for. Overall HORRIBLE experience and the first time trying pickup in the area from dominos. Apparently it’s worth the $7-9 delivery fee/tip because they refuse to make your order correct unless they’re getting paid extra. Save your money and go to any grocery store, entitled employees don’t deserve more money. They should actually do their job correctly. And so should management.

Weird vibe nobody was around i ordered online for pick up waited for 15 mins for them to make my food (i got a free drink) still very unsettling Just loud ass fans and what sounds to be something on hard plastic wheels rolling around, took 10 mins for someone to show up to the counter, they put one singular pepperoni on my cheesy pepperoni bread and burnt it.
Went here on a Monday evening and ordered a pizza and the mac and cheese. The food was okay. I liked the taste of the mac and cheese however it was burnt on the bottom. The pizza was alright, but it could have used more sauce on it. I never expect perfection from a chain restaurant.

Seems this place also went under, is this location also franchise owned by the same person as the Domino's in Grandview Plaza on New Holland Ave ? or is this new Domino's policy? Really, specialty pizzas ready in 5 minutes ? yeah right. Have received re-heated pizzas multiple times, as in all ingredients loose on top of a re-heated pepperoni(only the pepperoni attached to the cheese and nothing else). Also they seem to get an attitude when not tipped on store pickups, expect a tip? do your job right. I am done with Domino's.

Just had the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The manager and the person answering the phone were disgustingly rude for no reason. My estimated delivery time was 70 minutes so I was calling because I was going to say I can just pick up the pizza. They literally didn't let me explain that without giving me attitude they thought I placed an order for the wrong location, I live 5-7 minutes away. I called again and they said call corporate and hung up.
