I havnt had duck donuts in such a long time I was so excited until I opened the box to find that my donuts were not up to par and for some reason the icing was so gritty like sand texture and from what I remember unfortunately I know their donut recipe changed what a bummer :(

Came to place an order because the website and google states they are open till 3 but yet when I arrived the woman working rushes to the door to lock it at 2 o’clock. If this isn’t the actual business hours, then it should be changed because this is the second time I’ve come around this time and the door has been locked before the stated closing time and there’s people clearly inside.

To start- We love Duck Donuts!... but our last visit really fell short of expectations. We had family in from out of state that wanted to try Duck Donuts. We had 4 people in our group and every one of us had an issue with our order. Two people didn't get the donuts they ordered after paying, another person ordered sausage sandwiches and got bacon which were remade and came out still frozen in the middle, so we asked for a refund, and another ordered a hot chocolate that tasted like watered down milk (no flavor at all). It's disappointing for the price you charge and how much we raved to our family about having to try Duck Donuts, to have such a poor experience. Not sure if we'll be back.

These donuts are generally good if a bit pricey. There is nothing fancy about the store but it's not really intended to be a sit down place.
We showed up at 6:50 (closes at 7) to the Duck Donuts in Lancaster and the lady working saw us pull up and walked very quickly to the door and locked it and shut the open light off. I walked to the door and knocked and the employee looked up and ignored me. I tried calling store because the sign outside said open till 7 and at this point it was still 6:55. Now I have a very upset toddler and pregnant girlfriends end because we were hyping the donuts up for after gymnastics class. Poor customer service and poor character.

Love this place. Donuts are the main thing they sell. Donuts are made right there, fresh and warm. Various flavors, from maple bacon, French toast; cinnamon sugar, lemonade, strawberry cheesecake, classic flavors you ask, and you will find it and more. They also have hot and cold drinks like frape, cappuccino, latte, smooties, coffee, and other flavorful things. Love love much love. 100% recommend!♥️
