This is the first time I've been here and I was so impressed with all the choices in a donut! Personalized donut doesn't get any better it was very good! You got to try it

To start- We love Duck Donuts!... but our last visit really fell short of expectations. We had family in from out of state that wanted to try Duck Donuts. We had 4 people in our group and every one of us had an issue with our order. Two people didn't get the donuts they ordered after paying, another person ordered sausage sandwiches and got bacon which were remade and came out still frozen in the middle, so we asked for a refund, and another ordered a hot chocolate that tasted like watered down milk (no flavor at all). It's disappointing for the price you charge and how much we raved to our family about having to try Duck Donuts, to have such a poor experience. Not sure if we'll be back.

These donuts are generally good if a bit pricey. There is nothing fancy about the store but it's not really intended to be a sit down place.

We showed up at 6:50 (closes at 7) to the Duck Donuts in Lancaster and the lady working saw us pull up and walked very quickly to the door and locked it and shut the open light off. I walked to the door and knocked and the employee looked up and ignored me. I tried calling store because the sign outside said open till 7 and at this point it was still 6:55. Now I have a very upset toddler and pregnant girlfriends end because we were hyping the donuts up for after gymnastics class. Poor customer service and poor character.

Love this place. Donuts are the main thing they sell. Donuts are made right there, fresh and warm. Various flavors, from maple bacon, French toast; cinnamon sugar, lemonade, strawberry cheesecake, classic flavors you ask, and you will find it and more. They also have hot and cold drinks like frape, cappuccino, latte, smooties, coffee, and other flavorful things. Love love much love. 100% recommend!♥️

One of our coworkers brought in these amazing donuts. Let me tell you they are now my favorite. The donut is soft, flavor is rich, and the icing is sweet without going overboard. Absolutely must have! I know where I'm buying mine from this day forward. I'd post a photo, but I got excited and inhaled my donuts.

Been to this place a few times but I was curious as to what the donut breakfast sandwich tasted like.
I genuinely thought it was going to be too sweet or gross but I was surprised at how good it was and also the price was not bad at all.

Wonderful staff, My family and i felt so welcome when walking in. the store is so well kept, I would say i’m extremely disappointed with my coffee. The barista made my drink, i ordered a macchiato. When i stirred it up and drank it; IT WAS DISGUSTING! Watered down coffee. I’m paying 5$ for a coffee that doesn’t even have any espresso in it. I was extremely disappointed with the coffee because i waited two weeks for the machine to get back up and running, and it’s not even worth it. Please fix the Speciality Coffee before serving espresso drinks. This is a complete rip off. I ended up ordering a latte after i was disappointed with my macchiato, and the latte looked like milk. Pure milk, like there was no coffee in it to begin with. I will be going elsewhere for. offer, wonderful donuts though!!
