Awful service.
Broken intercom and can’t understand workers.

This Jose here jaw dropping he’s a manager. I came inside to replace my iced dunkalatte that tasted very bad, it was not the end of the world , however you would have thought he personally hated me. Argumentative with every customer in the lobby . Snarky attitude for no reason at all, maybe a bad day? Then a customer tells me it’s always this way here.
Before they lose loyal customers maybe train or fire the awful staff,
Come to this Dunkin if your looking for a street fight . This manager is a little unstable .
The unprofessional, rude, and aggressive attitude to paying customers. Someone get this Jose a happy meal. Won’t be coming back

They dont even greet you at the drive-thru, and they always manage to get my coffee wrong. I've been to this place three different times, hoping that I would have a different experience, but nope, they are persistent at terrible service. STAY AWAY PLEASE.

went into dunkin with my family & had to order from the kiosk. i wanted a carmel macchiato with cold foam but there is no option on the kiosk so i asked the person behind the counter & she was very short with me & said you need to order from kiosk or go through drive thru .. there is literally an machine she can put the order in but said she was too busy .. when did it become okay to disregard customers … should have just went starbucks because there they don’t rely on kiosk !!

Manager is super rude and incompetent. Literally no donuts or plain bagels at 10am on a Wednesday! When I ordered a breakfast sandwich, I was told they don’t carry salt or pepper. Worst Dunkin Donuts on Earth!!! The whole staff should be fired and the owner should just start over…. I’ve never seen a more poorly run business in my life!

Don’t come here, I’ve walked into this place twice and both times they were out of donuts.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a dozen donuts and even asked the staff to repeat the order to make sure it was correct. Despite that, they gave me the wrong amount. When I tried to politely clarify the mistake, I was met with unnecessary attitude and was rushed forward without a chance to explain. The staff raised their voice and made it feel like I was the problem for simply trying to communicate. It wasn’t worth the trouble, and it left a bad taste in more ways than one. I expect better service, especially for something as simple as a donut order.

The people who work there always tell people no food only drinks constantly and wanna ban my grandfather who is 72 just because they tired of seeing him come so often? They don’t even have a proper excuse for that and the workers are highly disrespectful

My only complaint is it seems like they are always out of something. Rarely I am able to get my whole order but other than this. The staff are nice and the store is always clean

They went from being the fastest drive-through I've ever seen 2 so slow the line gets backed up about the driveway meaning I don't have time to get coffee anymore. It's probably related to new hires. You've got to find a way to speed them up it's been like this on and off for weeks now.

I’ve never had an issue with this Dunkin till today which is incredible because all the times I’ve gone it had been extremely busy, however that was not the case when it was beyond slow and I was the one of two customers in the drive through. I had just ordered on the mobile app only two $6 meal deals and two donuts. The reaction I received from the girl at the drive through was so rude claiming that they needed more time and that I should not have immediately come after placing my order. When I got to the window I was greeted by the manager with all the food very quickly handed to me. Being a past Dunkin employee and shift leader at another location I had to ask why it was such a problem being that I’d never had this problem ordering at a Dunkin or when I worked for the company myself. The manager responded with equal attitude claiming that it is more difficult to handle a mobile order when that is not the case at all, this is actually easier because all you have to do is complete the order printed on the slip where as your skipping the entire step of having to take the order over the drive through and make sure you put everything in correctly to the system. He then had the audacity to say I do know how it is when I said I worked for Dunkin and that his logic makes no sense to me. I do in-fact know how it works and that all they are essentially saying is that they are too lazy and unwilling to provide proper service and greet the customer with a good attitude. No matter what Dunkin OR company providing service you go to the employee policy is that “the customer is always right” and that you show professionalism no matter what.

This is a long review and I apologize for that however this Dunkin is not worth anyone’s time and whoever owns this branch really should see what kind of employees they have working for them. Especially those in managerial positions.

This location is CONSISTENTLY BAD. Every time I try to come here. They have an attitude. Today was told they only have drinks available. The other 2 Lancaster locations are managed much better. AVOID.

As somebody that does not drive, I look forward to going in and getting the coffee and donuts at this place because they are always very good, when we go in after 2 PM, the dining area is always closed, but not clearly marked until you get right up to the door. There’s a sign that says open within once you go around and go to the door it says drive-through only.

As someone without a car and with mobility issues I have to walk all the way up there to even enjoy the service and I walked all the way there and they were closed only accepting driving orders

Considering that the sign lit electric sign saying open at the front of the store is lit. It is very misleading and desiderate for those of us who do not drive and have trouble getting around.

This has happened three or four times in the span of us going there. It is poor customer service to cut off dining service hours. When their terminal for order is touchscreen they don’t even have to pay someone to stand the counter.

I love the food. I love the atmosphere and I love going there however, if they’re going to continue to insist upon closing the doors after a certain time and putting up a sign that says “ we are open but only drive-through orders”

They should consider a modified sign instead of just “ Open” that says “Open Drive Thru only” in plain sight where everyone can see. Even put it on the website.
