Drive in. My coffee is the best.

Overly complicated ordering process... No willingness to take orders manually. The muffins we're so crumbly they were not edible... Perhaps stale or just not well made.

Very small, geared more towards drive through service so don't expect more than seating for half a dozen people. All in all a good quick place to stop in.

Bri and Jerry were working at this location and provided upmost stellar customer service. She helped me and my friend order on the kiosk, was friendly and smiling, and even brought us our food when it was ready. Outstanding customer service!!

By far, this is the slowest, most attitude ridden, horrible drink making Dunkin I have ever been to. I mean, they can't even follow the instructions on the mobile order. Yesterday, I ordered a refresher, and there was so little flavor in it, I don't think they bothered replacing the syrup when it ran out. They just gave me one and called it good. I'll go to Starbucks next time I'm in this area and avoid this location.
workers are incredibly rude every time i go here and it’s completely uncalled for coming from someone who works in customer service. i now intentionally drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another location because every person at this one treats customers so poorly.

You’d think a Dunkin’ Donuts would have donuts consistently…nope!

I don’t normally write reviews but felt like this one was necessary. This place has just about the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I went through the drive through and the guy started off with “what do you want” and when I started to tell him what I wanted he said- “we don’t have that” when it was on the board and he cutting me off in the middle of my order. So I started with another order and asked for oat-milk and he said “we don’t have that either”, not giving me any sort of options and proceeded to sit in silence for a minute, so I said, “so what do you have for dairy free?” I was about to pull out of the drive through because of his rudeness. I pulled up to the window and he didn’t help me for 2 minutes while I could see him in the back chatting with his colleagues. After that he did not greet me with a smile or anything and asked for a payment. This is about the worst customer service I’ve ever had, and the coffee was really bad. Again I don’t normally do this but I went back through and asked if it could be remade and I was answered by a “k”. I went back up to the window and He handed me the drink and when I started to talk he closed the window and stood there on his phone in front of the window, when all I wanted to confirm was that it was almond milk because of my allergy to regular milk. The second coffee was better I will say but my second time around was worse then the first. I’ve been to other Dunkin’s that do a way better job in their coffee but I will say that I’ve been to very few Dunkin’s where the customer service has been good. This one is the worst of all of them. I’ve worked in customer service and I hope I would have been fired if I treated anyone the way I was. I will not be coming to this Dunkin ever again.

There self ordering kiosk thing did not have all of the options. I could see donuts right in front of me that were not on the machine. So I stood by the cash register and waited for an uncomfortably long amount of time while the employees just ignored me. They were just sweeping the floor pretending I didn't exist so I just left. 0/10 would not recommend as they also had very poor donut options in addition to the terrible customer service.

Not a good Dunkin to sit in dinning room do work. Employees are constantly yelling and screaming. Tables are small. There is only one electrical outlet and the open sign is plugged into it. Door opens directly in seating area so when others enter strong breeze.

Have to use a kiosk to order that doesn’t work in store if using card. Person in front of us was unable to order as the screen was acting up. Workers stare at you while it isn’t working and aren’t helpful. Went to Panera instead where the coffee was cheaper, workers were helpful, and coffee was made in timely manner.

Great coffee
Don't order anything you want an hour before they close or after they open

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Dunkin’. It really depends on who’s making the drink. I pay for extra espresso shots, but most of the time in the mornings, it doesn’t seem like they add them, you can tell by the color. It’s disappointing to pay extra and not get what you ordered. However, there’s a man who usually works the drive-thru in the afternoons/evenings who always gets it right and is very nice. I only order here now if I see him working. Otherwise, it’s hit or miss.
