This is not a review expecting anything free. This is an honest review to talk about how automation has ruined customer service. My son and I were standing at the counter for several minutes while people walked past us without acknowledging us or even saying "give me a second" or "I will be right with you." I would also like to know it that the drive-thru was not busy and there was no one else in the store. We were standing at the counter to ask if they had any sugar-free drinks. After standing there like a couple of idiots for as long as we did, we decided that it was time to go this is the second Dunkin' Donuts we've been to where poor customer service experiences have happened.

Dunkin Donuts (now calling itself Dunkin) recently made a collasal mistake: They discontinued the classic Old Fashioned donut. This is the one I've been buying for 40 years. Needless to say they lost a loyal customer.

The donuts ? was a donut, but the wasn't what I expected. It was terrible,it had an after taste. Did not finish it. Very disappointed. I would not recommend any of the drinks. Buy at your own risk.

This location can be hit or miss from being out of what you want or the staff just being "eh", but lately this location has been ok with having the things I ordered and staff was pleasant to talk with

Terrible service. I mean terrible service. No one verbally acknowledged my present until 5 minutes in of standing there. All 3 workers looked at me without a smile or any sense of hospitality. The first verbal moment was ‘be right with you’ while on a cell phone. The next was ‘cash or card?’ No need to go to the Dunkin again

I love this Dunkin' Donuts the staff and management is very friendly and nice. The matcha and chai is always my go to order and The QR code scanner on the receipt is a nice touch very convenient and easy to use. Would definitely recommend this location ☺️
