Seriously, ignore the sensitive reviewers. You shouldn't write a bad review based off of one experience. Everyone has bad days, they are humans and make mistakes. You're literally going to take time out of your day to complain and bash a business, where it can potentially hurt them. Get a life - for real. Or how about confront the business while your there and maybe they can change your experience and prove you otherwise. AS FOR THE FOOD - It's delicious, it's fresh and the prices are great. I always get the cheeseburger, it's honestly one of the best in Lancaster. Also, the shoe string fries are a nice touch because you don't find those around! My fiance always gets the cheesesteaks and he loves it. Full of flavor. Also, we never had an issue with the service.

Drove past this place a couple of times and thought about eating there but now...I would NEVER eat at this restaurant after reading the reviews...not just the customer reviews but the owner comments as well. Nicole, what are you thinking when you direct these comments to your customers? Do you think you are gaining more customers by your rude comments? Quite the opposite I am sure. When you are a business and you are in the public eye people have a right to comment on your business, whether good or bad. Learn from your mistakes, stop being a j*** and improve where you need to. I would suggest either not responding to the reviews at all or let another employee handle the responses.

Best cheese steak I have ever had and I get around :) Great customer service. Went there a few months ago and the owner welcomed my father and I and even showed us cutting fresh thinly sliced meat from a whole beef primal cut. AWESOME ! Oh yeah and the matchstick fries are pretty addictive. Keep up the great work ! Will be back !

Ignore one bad customer and her friends. This place serves amazing food. The daily/weekly cheesesteaks are always a treat, but the cheesesteak special with the fried eggs on it is simply incredible. Great food and service, worth the trip.

This place is gold. The fries are simply old school yum. Like they used to be before beef tallow was banned. The sandwiches are excellent and well made. Service was top-notch as well. Definitely making this place a regular haunt!

This restaurant is in a good location, and you can tell it is locally owned. I love the theme, but their flavors need to be adjusted. I would not eat here again. Food was soggy.

Great sandwiches, very clean, friendly owner at a fair price. I stopped in for lunch yesterday, Monday, with two of my teenage kids. My daughter said it was a great sandwich and when I went to eat the other half of her sandwich, because they are very big, she said, "no way dad, I'm eating this for dinner." That sums it up right there.
