I love this place! The food is great.. So tasty! Also, I can always find the ingredients I need. I'd say so far one of the most authentic restaurants I've been to in Lancaster. It's not very big so I always order to go.
The restaurant is tiny and nestled into their bodega, but it's otherwise perfect. You really get your money's worth when it comes to the food- very large portions of very delicious Mexican food. The staff is very patient; they took good care of my husband and I even though it was very busy, and I saw them take their time with some elderly patrons and some customers who struggled with a language barrier. I would eat here again and again if I lived in Lancaster.
We ate here Sunday night (11/9/25).
If you’ve never been it may be a surprise to know (spoiler alert!) that it’s a tiny restaurant at the back of a small Mexican grocery store. It’s not made to look fancy, they make the food to taste delicious. And it does. We ordered tongue tacos (don’t knock em til you’ve tried em), cow cheek tacos (see note about the tongue tacos), a pork skin quesadilla, a steak burrito and seafood soup. All of it authentic and all of it...
