Booth table was broken and at an angle. When’s the last time you guys wiped the pictures down on the walls in the booths??? An inch of dust no joke :(. This place used to be so nice. Warm chips and salsa was nice.

The parking situation is really bad on busy nights. Get there early and give yourself time for someone to leave.

The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic date night with my wife. Matt is an excellent waiter that has been here for years and shows off his craft of customer service like an artistic master. The food is delicious and full of flavor, covering everything from Savory Spices to refreshing Sweetness. I highly recommend this place to people wanting excellent food and don’t forget to ask for Matt!

Great food, great service, building and architecture is amazing. Not cheap, but it's worth it.

The service was fair, and the atmosphere was enjoyable—it was easy to lose track of time, and we ended up staying for two hours while celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. It’s a nice spot overall, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

I ordered the Seafood Mariscos, which included shrimp, tilapia, and scallops ($29). When the dish arrived, I was disappointed to find only one scallop, four shrimp, and, of course, the tilapia. For the price, the portion size was severely lacking, and the value simply wasn’t there. Adding to this, the scallop still had its side muscle attached, which, given the restaurant’s caliber, was an unacceptable oversight. Also liked to mention, can’t be certain but both of our plates were extremely hot, almost as if our food was microwaved

Dessert was another letdown. We ordered the fried ice cream, but it turned out to be anything but fried. It was premade in the morning and left to sit in its cornflake coating all day, which resulted in a chewy, soggy texture by the time it was served. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, there was no effort to make it right—no discount, no removal from the bill, and no real acknowledgment of the issue.

While the ambiance and experience were initially promising, the poor quality of the food and lack of customer service left much to be desired

Food menu options were not great and played too safe with options. Ceviche with tilapia is not great choice. Place was too dark to see the menus. The main courses were not that great and lacked some flavor. Me being Hispanic, I was underwhelmed and it caters to a more Caucasian crowd.

10 of us celebrated a friend's 50th birthday on a Saturday night at 6pm. We knew it would be busy so we called the day before & requested a private room upstairs. (Small charge$) The owner Manuel took over & hooked us up! We had a champagne toast in the courtyard as he escorted us upstairs. Carlos waited on us & may be the best server at the place? We all really enjoyed the whole experience & would have trouble finding anything negative to say! Great evening with friends! Thank you El Serranos & Manuel for everything!

My husband and I met some friends for dinner at this restaurant as they had dined here before and have had good experiences. The food was very delicious. Our server Logan was pretty good. Worth the drive if you desire a good Mexican meal.
