I hate cooking, so Thanksgiving is a tough time of year for me. However, this year I discovered Enck's Catering and we had a wonderful, tasty dinner. I was so pleased with the turkey, the gravy and the pumpkin pie. They were courteous and friendly at pick up, and helped me get the prepared food to the car. I'll do more dining with Enck's.

We used Enck’s for the first time to cater a birthday party for my mom, and it definitely won’t be the last! Everyone I worked with was super helpful (even when we had to make a last minute adjustment on our headcount the week of) Colleen delivered the food and was very friendly, and set everything up beautifully for us. And THE FOOD. I’m not exaggerating when I say that almost every person who attended raved about the food and asked where it came from. The pasta salad, potato salad and broccoli cheddar soup were top notch. You could tell everything was homemade and so fresh. Thank you guys for a great experience and we will definitely use you again in the future!

If you are looking for the most adorable charcuterie cart, check out this one! Amanda and her team arrived on time, were so professional and courteous, and even moved the cart three times based on my inability to make a decision. The character cart was a huge hit with guests, ranging in age from 1-87! Amanda was so social, taking the time to talk with our children, who were fascinated by the idea of a mobile food cart. The treats were delicious, and everyone raved about the whimsical idea. We would highly recommend Enck’s and their character cart for anyone’s event.

We got lunch at The Lunch Ladle today and it was delightful! this is the lunch restaurant that Enck's Catering has during the week. I got the chopped Italian on gluten free bread and my husband got a brisket sandwich. The owners are super kind and accommodating, the lunch room is adorable with a great view, and the food was fresh and delicious. We'll definitely be back, especially since they have specials all week long!
