Nice place for family.... but no wifi across the whole resort. Was here for a week and said that they were waiting on a part for a couple of days... seems more than a couple of days... should be notified and rooms should be cleaned daily. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Another great visit to Eden! Excellent staff, beautiful hotel, and beautifully maintained. The pools are beautiful and I love that they’re open till 10 PM. The only thing I wish is that they had more quick service options for food here.. the other thing is I use the fitness center. I know it’s not important to everyone but I wish they would fix up the fitness center. Some of the machines are in bad shape and I wish that they would expand it. We still had a great visit. Only thing is one morning the alarm went off our first morning there at 6:30 so maybe housekeeping could check the alarm and make sure it’s off from the previous guest. I love the way the entire hotel is very air-conditioned that’s important to me. It was always very cool in all areas of the hotel.. the refrigerator in the safe we’re not working when we got there BUT maintenance came up within 10 minutes. I have to say excellent maintenance staff.!! Professional, polite, and quick. We really do like this hotel a lot!

This was overall a nice hotel. The main problem is that there is an indoor pool and our room looked out over the pool. It was incribly noisy with echoing due to the size of the pool area. The bed was very comfy.

Awesome hotel in Lancaster only a 30 minute drive to Hershey. 3 pools to enjoy although it gets busy during the weekend (and they run out of pool towels at times). But the highlight was Kiara at the front desk. She able to assist us when we decided to extend our stay at the hotel. Thank you Kiara for your patience!

I am originally from the Lancaster area and was visiting family over the 4th. I spent one night at the Eden Resort Inn and was so impressed. The room was spotless and the decor lovely, the service in the restaurant and bar was outstanding, and the landscaping and outdoor pools were a happy surprise. Highly recommend.

Management does NOT return any calls. The room phone does not work to report the toilet running, no blanket in the room for the pull-out bed, and only "set" with three towels when we were asked at check-in (and at the time we made the reservation!) about the occupancy of six people. At 10pm, when trying to get everyone bathed and in bed, we find out we don't have towels, blanket, or a phone that works to call for room service! It took two trips down to the front desk to get a blanket and another to get towels! When we finally got in bed, we noticed the toilet was running. I was charged $361 for this first night! Previously, we've had the breakfast buffet at Arthur's and it has been spectacular. This year the assorted pastries were ALL stale! We tried them all. Even the biscuits for gravy were NOT fresh. This breakfast used to be a highlight of our trip, but the buffet was gross this year. Two years in a row, the pool has had multiple attendants standing around talking or on their phones, but not doing anything. Do they have assigned checklists? I understand summer turnover on jobs, but it seems like a pool manager could walk around visiting the pools hourly to make sure the staff are working. During this visit, the pools were closed on THREE separate occasions for kids getting sick in the pool. One kid got sick twice in two different pools. I realize this is mainly on the parents, but if one of the multiple staff members were seated and WATCHING at each pool they would have been able to speak with the parents and require them to leave the pool area for the day to make sure their child does go and get sick in the next pool. This is an expensive resort and this type of thing should be anticipated and MANAGED with protocols set up in advance. Great location and resort amenities.

Thank you Eden Resorts for another great stay! My husband and I have visited this hotel for many years; and it NEVER disappoints! In our 20plus years coming here we never had an issue with a dirty room or amenities. The dining on site is always good; whatever restaurant you choose to have a meal. This is our 5th time coming in the summer to enjoy the pool and this year they have a new pool; The Oasis. We choose to use this pool the entire time because it is less crowded than The Fountain pool. The new pool added was really needed as the main pool can get a bit crowded during holidays. I recommend staying here for anyone visiting Lancaster, PA. It is truly a wonderful hotel with lovely staff that greet you wherever you are in the hotel. If I could I would give it 10 stars!!

From beginning to end, we were extremely satisfied ! Our suite was fantastic as usual, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and your new pool and cabana really made this visit extra special. THANKS for remaining once of true family value destinations, at a time when big corporations are buying everything and cutting back on services and taking advantage of the customer. Eden Resorts truly cares about it’s customers and it shows in ALL that you do ! We have been coming to the resort for years and years, and will continue to do so

Customer service, confort, style We stayed for a long weekend when my daughter was competing nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and amenities initially. Then, I was blown away by the customer service on multiple occasions. The front desk was super helpful and prompt to resolve a slow toilet, need for towels/sheets and late checkout. The king suite room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, with microwave and fridge. Will definitely stay here again…

We stayed here passing through. Wanted a hotel with a pool in lancaster so my kids can stretch out. Rooms: Super spacious. We had a room with king bed and then a room with two doubles. The rooms were pretty clean and very spacious. Drain in the tub didn't really work and the bathroom wasn't cleaned that great but the family was very happy having our own beds. Pool: the pool is not that big but not tiny. The only thing is there was like 3 separate teams so it was mayhem. There were also kids running into the hot tub (not allowed under 18) so parents were complaining and causing trouble because they didn't approve of the rule. I don't believe the employee enforcing rules was wrong and other guests don't effect my opinion of the hotel but I did learn that teams playing sports typically stay here so if you plan on using the pool, expect tons of kids. For us that was a main point of staying here so it turned out to be a minus because no chairs were available and the parents were not nice about it. Employees: They are the reason for the 4 stars. If not for them it would prob be 3. They were so nice and I know they want guests to be happy but there is only so much they can do. The atmosphere is terrific and they are truly an asset. Overall: I would recommend this hotel for many things but recognize its a huge property and the pool can only accommodate so many. Aside from that, this place can handle it and i'm sure when the outdoor pool is open it makes life a lot easier.

My boyfriend & I have been to Eden resort several times, each experience has been one we will never forget. This is one of my favorite places to come too for my birthday, anniversary, or just a little getaway. I can’t wait to come back, we enjoyed every moment, thank u(:

We went here back in 2016 and it was nice but seem a little old. They must have spent the pandemic upgrading the rooms. We were on the adults only floor. The rooms were modern, clean, and delightful. We did the package with the free breakfast. Hot buffet every morning of our trip. The only drawback is that the pool was packed with children because it was the week after Christmas. However, I imagine this isn't as much of a problem in the summer when the outdoor pool is open. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful too.

What a fabulous resort. So many positive things to say!! 1. Cleanest, most well maintained resort I've stayed at 2. Friendly, attentive staff - loved the text messages for housekeeping services 3. Free Parking and Wifi 4. Comfortable beds and well appointed rooms with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave 5. Since it was winter we couldn't use the outside pools and rec areas, but the inside pool, whirlpool, sauna and gym were fantastic. 6. Great restaurant and bar with reasonably priced food and drink. 7. Beautiful room and public areas decor. Enjoyed the fireplaces in the bar and lobby. I can't say enough good things about this resort. We stayed here while visiting family and it will now be our "GO TO" place to stay when we're in Lancaster. Very convenient to highways and downtown.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have a gift certificate that my wife and I received a few years ago for Christmas. Great! That would be so fun for us to have a nice brunch. We set a reservation for this past Sunday for brunch and we were stoked, since I dug this card up and it had been years since we got it as a present. I call several times and no answer from the dining department. Okay...so I'm waiting for a response after a bunch of messages that never get returned. Then I called three days before the reservation was supposed to happen just to be completely sure that the gift certificate would be accepted. The employee who finally picked up the phone told me the gift card would not be accepted as it was expired. My wife cancelled the reservation, since we live far away and it wouldn't be worth going if we couldn't use the card anyway. Then the cherry on top is that we get charged with a 20$ reservation cancellation fee from the booking service for cancelling within 72 hours. I finally talk to several employees, all of whom tell me the gift card was expired and reiterate that it would not be honored. One employee even have me a number to call that was out of service! I finally talk to Manager Anita, who condescends me asking if I knew what a pending charge was, as if the booking service only put a temporary charge on our card. Yeah right! I'm going to be disputing the charge as fraudulent with my bank, because yes; 20$ is 20$. We shouldn't have been charged ANYTHING! The whole nightmare is an experience is because staff are unprofessional and simply want to get rid of customers over the phone. Absolutely appalling.
