Was doordashing when I had an order for this place tried to pick up but the store looks abandoned and is closed says it opens at 10:00 but it is almost 12 The lights are off and the door is locked obviously did not update their business hours on the app or nor do they care to

We ordered food from here online. When we showed up to the address, the door was locked, the open sign was off, and we couldn’t get inside. We tried calling the phone number and it didn’t go through. Confused and annoyed that we wasted money.

I've had KKC at the manor street location and it was very good. I recently got the chicken here and it's like an entirely different product. The chicken literally taste rancid. The first bite I took I could tell something was serious wrong with the chicken.
Edit: I only had one piece of chicken and I feel like I am going to be sick. If I get food poisoning I'm going to be so pissed.
Such an absolute shame. Go to manor street to try this brand of chicken, avoid this location.

Saw the reviews and was afraid. Got this on new years eve before me and lady went out for the night while we were in town. Got 2 chicken sandwiches, one without pickles, mashed potatoes w gravy and 2 honey biscuits. Everything was fantastic and the biscuits were so soft. Loved it
Chicken was slimy and wasn’t done . Also the chicken was plain, didn’t taste like Cajun at all.

The worst service ever. First time customer. And very disappointed. I ordered chicken sandwich, it looks good on the menu with honey and pickles. But end up I got 2 pcs of bread and small fried chicken. If you ordere the fried chicken. Make sure you got what you want. Otherwise they give you small part of chicken. They tried to fool and cheat the customer. Just beware. Never coming back !!

Chicken wasn't fresh ordered thro Uber eats an my Mac an cheese was a large an I got two smalls an they weren't full I literally took one an poured it into the other an got a full small an a empty cup when I called to complain all they did was apologize an say it was a new guy like foh I wish I could attach a picture I also didn't get any honey biscuits which comes with my krunchy box I'm so pissed an disappointed the Getty on manor that makes krunchy chicken does such a better job which is insane
