Beverages and food is good, but they seem to only greet, converse, and get to know customers who are not POC. I probably won’t be back because of that unwelcoming feeling…doesn’t matter how good the food and drinks are.

Truly delicious beverages with an adorable rotating menu, an impeccable vibe, and kind and efficient employees who will always make your drink perfectly. I will need to make a trip up soon just for their seasonal chai :)
(CBD/THC canned drinks are very yummy also, and entered my body into a zen-like state.. Perhaps not a social night out drink for me, but my ideal movie night or post-work beverage!)

Spooky Sips and Marshmallow Magic at Endo
During my visit to Endo Café in Lancaster, I tried the Boo Berry Iced Coffee without CBD. The drink itself didn’t taste strongly of berries, but it came topped with berry-flavored dry marshmallows and a ghost-shaped marshmallow drawn inside the cup, which added a whimsical, almost storybook like element to the experience. I found myself noticing how these small creative details like the floating ghost and the playful marshmallows can completely change how we experience a drink, even when the flavor isn’t the main focus. Visiting the café reminded me that food and beverages are often as much about imagination and presentation as they are about taste. I also appreciated seeing how Endo Café experiments with seasonal and thematic designs, showing how local businesses can engage the community in creative and memorable ways. It made me think about how everyday experiences, like ordering coffee, can be opportunities to notice artistry, storytelling, and culture in unexpected places.

The nicest people work here and it’s a great place to sit and have a quiet drink. I told the baristas Orla and Avery that I was new to the area and they literally hand wrote me a list of places to go. The matcha I got was one of the best matchas I’ve ever had too!

I’ve been in the Lancaster area for going on 8 years, and just recently discovered Endo a few months ago. Since then, it’s become my go-to café to grab a drink from when I’m downtown. The staff are very kind and there are a TON of drink options, so it’s been fun ordering something different every time on a quest to find my favorite combo. The inside is cozy and perfect for a quick respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.
