We lived international for six years and had many opportunities to eat Greek and Mediterranean food. Bitting into the gyro was like biting into a bit of home. The Tzatziki was on point, the pitta was so fresh and had the perfect texture.
We got to talk to the owner for a while who was so kind and engaging and funny. We found this restaurant by chance after I took my daughter and her friend out and about for a day of shopping and can't wait to bring my husband and son back. We are all into food and love farm to table experiences. The owner even grows his own herbs on site!
The food was too good and we were all too hungry to stop and take pictures, but I did get a picture of my tea, which is also made locally. Totally go for the Iron Goddess Oolong!

Ugh. I so wanted to like this. However I was massively disappointed and overcharged as an insult to an injury. See my photo for the sad state of my almost 30 dollar meal. One skewer of very dry chicken. The soggiest saddest fries and a 3/4 of a pita. Oh also a five dollar ice tea. I get food prices are high right now but for almost 35 bucks I would have liked to have enjoyed my meal.

AMAZING!
We had the pastitsio: layers of slim pasta noodles, finely ground beef, topped with a creamy béchamel sauce and parmesan cheese.🤌🤌
They gave plenty of kalamata olives in the salad, too . 🙌 And their mint tea is delish!
The Owner, also our waiter, was very friendly.

We had a wonderful stop here while in the area. My spanakopita was flavorful and delicious. My son had the mini chicken cutlets and daughter in law had falafel gyro. They raved about the flavor as well. Their children had fun in his cozy play area. The restaurant is neat and clean. Highly recommend if you love Greek food done right and authentic!

This place is it!!! We were so pleasantly surprised! Expected a “Cava” and got a 3 star meal in a low key, basic, strip center setting. Everything was perfectly fresh and the meat was spectacular. Mama had the beef gyro and I had the lamb. Both were in fabulous homemade pita, with a gorgeously light tzatziki. The fries on the side were double cooked and super crispy outside and tender inside with a delicious salt and pepper seasoning. I had a Sam Adams and Mama had (just) water to wash it down (though she was eyeing the red sangria!)
Peter, the owner, was handling much of the front of house duties and he was so genuine and authentic that it made the meal a personable event. Hardworking and passionate, he oversees every bit of the quality we enjoyed!
I am confident Freshly Greek will go far and we will certainly return.
