Poorly managed. Place was extremely busy and there was ONE server on the floor. I overheard what I assume was the manager tell different patrons most of his staff were on vacation…therefore having just one server on. Considering how busy it was, I understand she wasn’t as efficient as I would’ve preferred but she didn’t ask once how our meal was, (made multiple passes by our table), weren’t given any napkins, used tissues I had in my purse, no refills on our beverages. We weren’t asked if we were having ice cream, we had to go up to get our check after being there for almost 1.5 hours for lunch. Ladies restroom was disgraceful and needed some serious attention.

Been coming to Friendly’s since I was a kid, I was worried maybe it went downhill like so many other chains, but not even close. Food was great, hot and the prices are fair. The free dessert with kids meals is one of the best values out there. Our server was great, you can tell she’s old school and still has a good work ethic, which I don’t see so much often. Overall ans incredible dining experience

Today, I felt like hard Ice Cream, and moved to Pa.. I couldn't believe when I opened the Ice Cream menu.. Jim Dandy, was still on the menu.. And the Decaf. Coffee is just as good now, as it was then.. Thank

Had the best birthday meal with my friend. She wanted a clam strip sandwich and so we went. Our waitress, Shirley, was an absolute joy! The sandwich was exactly what my friend remembered from years ago and definitely hit the spot. We then ordered sundaes. Although the Reese’s peanut butter cup sundae was not on the menu, they made it for me. I haven’t had one in years, and again- it was so perfect. We highly recommend this Friendly’s but especially Shirley!!

A very pleasant Surprise! If you haven’t been to a Friendley’s Restaurant in awhile , go TODAY! Our waitress, Shirley made us feel like we were dining in a 4-Star venue!!! ( although we were not)…. the Clamroll Sandwich was the Best I’ve had in years, the onion rings were crisp and not greasy, and our Reeces Pieces Sundays will have us coming back for more! Not a fancy place, but they had lots of faithful customers! Hope your experience is good too.
