Poorly managed. Place was extremely busy and there was ONE server on the floor. I overheard what I assume was the manager tell different patrons most of his staff were on vacation…therefore having just one server on. Considering how busy it was, I understand she wasn’t as efficient as I would’ve preferred but she didn’t ask once how our meal was, (made multiple passes by our table), weren’t given any napkins, used tissues I had in my purse, no refills on our beverages....

Been coming to Friendly’s since I was a kid, I was worried maybe it went downhill like so many other chains, but not even close. Food was great, hot and the prices are fair. The free dessert with kids meals is one of the best values out there. Our server was great, you can tell she’s old school and still has a good work ethic, which I don’t see so much often. Overall ans incredible dining experience

Love Love the Lobster Roll and Lobster bisque please keep that on the menu all year.Caitlyn Is A Joyful server! Love that that manager was the host and seated everyone and was accommodating, giving us a choice where to sit.
