The whole dining experience was more than excellent; it was damn-near perfect! I'm not much of a raw fish person, but I tasted my wife's tuna tartare appetizer and loved it. My oysters Rockefeller appetizer was a delicately balanced, excellent preparation. For my main course I had the whole Branzino, expertly deboned for me at tableside, and it was marvelous. At that point we did not need dessert, but the list of available after dinner drinks was awesome! Kudos also to our server Casey, who helped to make the evening memorable.

What a wonderful experience our party of eight had last night! Our waiter, Graham, was top-notch. His recitation of the specials was like poetry. He demonstrated his in-depth knowledge of specials; ingredients, as well as preparation. The entire meal was a treat, from soup to ice cream. Thanks!!

First time dining. My wife and I favor Mediterranean cuisine. I began with the traditional octopus appetizer which was scrupulous and as good as I have tasted. I also shared the oysters rocker-feller with a friend and thought I was in New Orleans. Entre' was a scallops special which should be placed on the menu and my wife who is a branzino snob was quite satisfied. Enjoyed all of this with a French white wine. Graham our server was great, and kudos to the chef and maitre'd! This place is over the top!

One of the best fine dining places in Lancaster. Much better food than some other new fine dining places I could mention that are completely ala carte. Here you actually get some sides like a potato and veggie with your meat so it's a better value for better food and that's a win ?

We had a great time. Food was delicious, our server was busy but attentive. Crab cake and bread were both cold or it would have been 5 stars on the food. The room was a little loud but they were packed. It is nice to see a place of this quality staying busy. We will definitely be back.

This is our favorite restaurant to go to to celebrate special occasions. Out of luck or coincidence, we always get Graham as our server. He's “absolutely” fabulous. We always have a great experience and it's because of Graham.

Just moved to the area and someone suggested we dine here. I ordered Dover sole special and it was deboned at the table. Light and perfectly cooked. My husband got the sea bass and it was also delicious. We will definitely be going back. Service and ambiance was great. Not loud and very relaxing.
I had asked for a table for two to celebrate a special birthday. We were given one in a more private section of the restaurant which was perfect for quiet conversation. Our server was a consumate gentleman, attentive and knowledgeable. The Caesar salad with anchovies and the and seared tuna entree and the bourbon mixed drink were highlights. The dessert plate was presented with chocolate decoration in script saying : Happy Birthday with a candle ... a lovely surprise. It was a fabulous evening. I highly recommend.

They ran out of asparagus for a restaurant of this quality that should never happen. Brussels were over cooked and chewy. But I'll be back because overall great dining experience.

Gibraltar consistently knocks it out of the park. Perfect food and service in a lovely ambiance. The fettuccine with lobster was one of the best dishes I've had in memory. Gibraltar remains a top choice in Lancaster county.

If you are looking for incredible food and a wonderful experience look no further. We’ve been to Gibraltar many times all for special occasions and they go above and beyond every time. I’ve traveled all over the world and this restaurant is one of my all time favorites! I have brought family here that are very picky and every time they say it’s the best meal they’ve ever had. The experience is top notch, service is amazing and the food exquisite. They are very consistent and every time we come it’s just as good as the last one. Whatever they are doing I hope they never stop! We will continue to tell everyone we know about how amazing this restaurant is.

This was my wife and my delayed valentine's day dinner. Everything was great, food, desert, drinks, and of course the amazing service. We asked our waiter's for recommendation on drinks and then desert and he recommended some options that normally we would not get. He nailed it! Definitely will be back.
