Brought my sister in, visiting from NYC. Both ordered Bagel Sandwiches. One Regular. One Scrambled. Both came regularly. When the front staff told the cook that we requested a scrambled egg (shouldn't have no white), the cook dismissed them and said it's scrambled instead of just replacing the egg with a scrambled one. Only thing the cashier could do was offer me a refund, which I did not want.

Grand Central Bagel is an absolute gem!
The bagels are perfectly chewy inside with a crisp exterior and the flavor options are incredible. Every time I visit the service is fast, friendly, and consistent. The spreads taste fresh and the breakfast sandwiches are loaded and satisfying. The shop is always clean and welcoming and the staff seems genuinely happy to be there. This is easily my favorite bagel spot in the area. Five stars.

I accidentally ordered my latte hot when I wanted it iced. I went up to the barista and told her I made the mistake but wondered if they could make it iced. She said sure but tried to pour my hot latte into an iced cup with ice. I told her that it needs to be remade bc the hot milk would melt the ice and that’s not how you make an iced latte. The barista got mad at me and said “I always do this” then tried to tell me how to order. I told her again that I realized I made the mistake but all I was asking was for the drink to be remade iced. She remade it but her attitude was sour. I don’t think I will be coming back here if that’s the way I’ll be treated. If she had told me no to remaking it I would have accepted my mistake and drank my hot latte, but to pour a hot drink into an iced cup and call it iced is wrong.
