I read so many negative reviews about the “rude woman at register & unhappy employees” that I had to check it out for myself. I’m happy to report that the service I received was friendly & prompt. The freshly made, normal sized, everything bagel toasted crispy with cream cheese was delicious & toasted exactly as ordered & expected (hardly a difficult request, but you’d be surprised most places don’t get it right). I waited approximately 5 minutes...
The BEST place around for bagels- their breakfast sandwiches are great!!! From the variety of bagels to the variety of coffees this is our go to place for breakfast. BUT if you're looking for lunch items - guess what!!!? They knock it out of the park there as well. The different sandwiches and soups are terrific AND if your taking it to go the attention to detail is far beyond and something I so appreciate. The bagels are perfectly chewy inside with a crisp exterior and the flavor options are incredible. Every time I visit the service is fast, friendly, and consistent. The spreads taste fresh and the breakfast sandwiches are loaded and satisfying. The shop is always clean and welcoming and the staff seems genuinely happy to be there. This is easily my favorite bagel spot in the area. Five stars.
