I personally really like the place, very friendly people. They're pretty cheap, the bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more often, but their variety and everything is pretty well.

I was recently at this establishment and once I had gotten home and started drinking my drink, there was a small sharp object in it. Thankfully I didn’t swallow it, as it appears to be glass. I frequently come to this establishment and I have never had any issues with things being in my drink before. However, I am concerned because I could have swallowed it and it could have lead to serious problems. I didn’t want to leave a review online because I really enjoy this establishment and I didn’t want to deter people away from this location. I’ll insert a picture below.
^^^I sent this in an email to this establishment and it’s been two weeks with no response. I really do enjoy this establishment and most of my drinks have been wonderful, but finding a piece of glass in my drink has certainly made me cautious. I almost swallowed it and who knows the issues it would have caused.

Hippo is consistent, cheap, and decent in terms of quality. I'm not a boba guy, but I'm sure it's as good as their smoothies.

The boba is okay. The tapioca pearls are a little chewy for my taste. I wish they were a bit softer. The tea is good though. I like their Thai. The atmosphere of the place is really nice, very cute. I like looking at the fish in the fish tank while my friends decide what they want.

My daughters & I love this place. We come here often. I happened to use the restroom for the first time today & oh my gosh! Nasty. Toilet paper all over the floor (mind you, they had the door wide opened), dust everywhere. You can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while! Ugh.

Hippo is one of my favorite boba places of all time - if I lived closer I’d have to put it in the budget. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never tried anything I didn’t like. If you ask, they will give you suggestions to try!

The worst part about this place is all the choices of drinks 😂 I got a mango smoothie with peach bubbles. It was awesome. I'll be back
