I love Honey Baked Ham. It's been a holiday tradition in family for over 25 years. I stopped by to reserve a ham for Christmas, but no one was at the counter. I waited approximately 7 minutes when a person in the back saw me. She made no motion to assist me nor did she let anyone know anyone was at the counter. A man did come out front to do something with the register, but didn't acknowledge my being there. After he completed his task he simply turned and went to the back. After another few minutes he did come back up front and knocked on an adjoining door. Again, there was another waiting period before, the manager I presume, came out of the office. I told her we'd been waiting and that employees saw us but made no contact. The "manager" made no apologies and actually ignored the complaint. The manger was not helpful and became contradictive. I walked out of the store.I'm a patient person with retail, I've worked behind a counter in many different types of businesses. The manager and employees ignoring a customer, who waited well over 10 minutes to be recognized after being seen and then the dismissive behavior of the manager was unprofessional at best. I will not return.

Extremely rude store manager. She has no concept of other people. And when asking a simple question nicely she respondes with an attitude or just completely ignores you. And the food honestly isn't that great nor are the prices.

Extremely hostile and rude manager. Gets really cranky when you try to use the bathroom. I got criticized just for waiting in line. Our sandwiches were bare-minimum, and she used plain yellow mustard on them instead of the traditional Honeybaked brand. Another group came in, and she was just as curt - when they asked for ice. She just snapped, "no" when they asked if she had any. Really seemed to resent her job - and the customers who ultimately keep her employed.

I felt like I was Starving when I walked in there. While the girl was nice enough she didn’t really pay attention to what I said. I ordered a cup of soup. And a Cobb salad. It came to over $10. The split pea soup was NOT my idea of split pea. It had good flavor but was very brothy. While I was eating my soup the girl brought out my salad. I was shocked. It was minuscule. Shoved into a little soup bowl.Super disappointed in the portions and prices. I won’t be back. Going home to eat. I’m still hungry.

Picked up a ham on 12-23-19 for Christmas, I ordered a 6 lb. ham at the store they had only a 7 lb. so I got it, the next morning I wanted to cut a pc. for breakfast and found more FAT then meat, it looked OK from the front but there was a 1inch layer of fat on the whole ham, and some spots had 2 inch deep fat. At that point I went on line to complain to the company and they told me they do not care, call the store, and I did it took 3 days for the so called store manager to get back to me, her name is Breanna she was very rude and told me she could not do anything to help me, I told her I would bring the ham back to the store to show her ans she told me not to do that, just put in in the trash, that if I came back she would put it in her trash, no refund or any help from her. I to her I would call the Honeybaked company and tell them of her comments, he main comment was I am just one customer and I can't hurt her or there business. I still have the fat filled ham in my refrigerator waiting to show her. Her location is 2350 Lincoln hwy east suite 530 Lancaster Pa. I will never go back to her store for a HB ham again. I will look for more places on line to tell people about the location. Ps. I did go on there web site to tell them my story but did not get any response from the COMPANY.
Poor customer service, good ham. I went in to buy ham for Christmas and employees are arguing and threatening each other in front of customers. The lady who assisted me at the register was courteous but others were extremely rude.

I decided this Christmas to go for a Honey Baked Ham. I tasted one about two years ago and it was the best ham ever. I called the Lancaster, PA store and explained to the girl that answered that I was interested in a ham and wanted some information. When I asked her to repeat one thing she had already told me she said "I already told you that". They need a course in customer service! Haven't decided if I will get one or just eat another kind. The attitude just doesn't want me to spend my money there.

My husband and I go here every year for our Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey platter. It feeds the whole family with sides to add, like baked corn. And you won’t be spending all the holiday in the kitchen.
