Martine at House of Clarendon crafted the most exquisite wedding cake we could have imagined. Not only was it beautiful, but it was also absolutely delicious. Martine was wonderful to work with—creative, responsive, and deeply committed to ensuring every detail was perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the cake was. We have and will continue to go back to get his cupcakes as they are perfect. We cannot recommend Martine enough and will continue to go to him for all of our special occasion cakes in the future.

I ordered my Daughter's birthday cake and I was more than surprised. It was a superb work and the cake was delicious. The best part was the wonderful customer service. Martin is the best, he heard all my ideas, comments, gave me feedback and guidance. I will definitely come back for my future events. I cannot stress enough that this is a wonderful jewel in downtown Lancaster.
HOC did my college graduation cake in 2021 and it was fantastic so I went to them this year with another request. I wanted cupcakes made for my friends 30th. A baker and I came up with the design over the phone and she was very creative.
The day came to pick up the cupcakes and unfortunately I was late. Didn’t realize they closed earlier on Saturdays and due to my phone being on DND I didn’t receive any of their calls/ voicemails. Sunday they were closed so I went to pick them up Monday. They were glad I was okay and had the cupcakes ready for me, they even redesigned some of the cupcakes so they could still be perfect.
I was able to drop them off at the birthday girls house as well as my friends who didn’t get a chance to try them day of celebration. We thoroughly enjoyed them, they were beautiful and tasty. The staff is friendly and the bakers are extremely talented. I’ll be back I’m sure!

Martine's cupcakes are delicious, and unlike anything I've ever had, being that they're topped with mousse and not frosting. I can easily eat several in a sitting, as I just did after finally being reunited with them! His cupcakes are definitely in my top 5 favorite cupcake places in the US. I told him my vision and the whole team did amazing! As I shared my silly design with him, he encouraged me to share what I truly envisioned. He informed me what size cake I should get depending on the amount of guests, and if food was served, how that would also affect the size I should get. He was very funny and honest. House of Clarendon put their love and care into all they do, and it shows! The flavors of my cake were delicious and the design was amazing! The decoration was beyond what I had imagined! The cake made her day extra special and I would highly recommend this place for any special occasion.
About 13 or 14 years ago I purchased my sister's wedding cake for her. It was a duplicate of what her Wedding Gown looked like. It was Absolutely Gorgeous. They had a Lil shop in lancaster. So Nice to see how far they've come. Thier amazing One Day Hopefully soon when me and my Fiance can get the funds together for our Dream Wedding Best Believe I'll be ordering My Dream Wedding Cake from these Amazing Artist.
