We ordered takeout and had to wait 40 minutes, even though the café was almost empty — just a few people came in to pick up their orders. The portion sizes were generous, but the food was average at best. We tried the pizza and spaghetti — nothing special, just okay. Wouldn’t come back unless they improve both speed and taste.

The pizza is pretty good, but I usually get a sub or salad. My favorites are the house salad with crispy chicken, and the Italian sub with a side cup of their house Greek dressing to put on and dunk it in. A friend of mine turned me on to eating the Italian subs that way in the late 90s, and I've been doing it ever since!
Amazing food from awesome people. I had an eggplant parm sandwich that was so big i was eating it for days, and it tasted even better the next day!

Rarely go to eat in, parking and all that, but you guys have got to have the best cheesesteaks in Lancaster, hands down. And I've had Speed's and Two Cousins.
The gentleman who always delivers to us is always pleasant to talk with, very fast with the delivery and professional.
EDIT: Maybe it's me, maybe it's the medical marijuana, but how is it that your pizza is still so good two days' later?
We can't remember how long we've been getting food from HoP Lancaster, but I know we won't get cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks anywhere else!
