We booked 3 rooms for our family and ours had no hot water in the shower and we spent more money to be in the sun deck adult only room. Reported it to main desk 2 times that evening and waited up for a maintenance man to come which never happened. So we could not sleep or shower which is the main part of a room!! Within 8 days afterwards we called the Manager 4 times and left 4 messages and no call was returned to me. Finally called main desk and was on hold most of the time while THEY spoke to the manager. The outcome was offering me a 10 percent coupon off next stay, I told them to keep the $23 dollars, and that they lost an over 20 year patron. I guess the Fulton Steamboat does not appreciate loyal customers or know how to return calls. We will find nicer establishments to visit in Lancaster!

So disappointed in the food. I ordered the chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Very small chicken breast very little Marcella sauce and really not much of a taste. The mashed potatoes were tasteless and not hot. The broccoli was cold and mushy. Took two bites of my dinner and that was it could not eat it. Two of my friends ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken breast. The coating was burnt. The chicken was extremely dry. They sent both of their dinners back. They offered to get something else in place of those dinners, but it was already too late. We were so disappointed. We didn’t trust it.The roast beef dinners were the only dinners of our large group that was liked extremely disappointed into this place. Our waitress Cass was exceptional, She was on top of things and did a very good job, but as far as the food, the kitchen definitely failed us.

Food was way overpriced for the quality. The atmosphere is weird you feel like you are on an old steam boat but then like the tables and chairs don’t match because they are cheap and modern. Cheapest entree is $18 and it’s FROZEN nasty fish planks with some fries. Menu is small and options are limited. Very unimpressed and not recommended to anyone.

If you want fresh food don’t go here, the coleslaw was sour and bubbling. Food was over priced for what you get.

The coleslaw was sour and expired but the server told us that the issue was that they didn't put sugar in it. It made my brother sick but it seemed like the server didn't believe us. It is unfortunate that it was a poor experience

Loved the atmosphere. Piano is the most pleasant in our visit .Service was good. The food was simple but has its bad and good. I loved salmon with potatoes and string beens. My husband loved beef briskets. On the other hand, we didn't like appetizers cauliflower and pork meat. All experience was very homey.

First time visit. Nice atmosphere. I tried the avocado toast with poached eggs. I really enjoyed it. Would have preferred the appetizers to have been brought to the table first.

We had both dinner and breakfast here. Food was mediocre at best. Juan was my favorite person who made everyone smile and welcome!
