We ate here with our kids (6,2) while staying at the Steamboat. If you ask for Jr Mate hats at the front desk, your kids will get a free ice cream at dinner. And you also get 10% off for staying at the hotel. Our server was not trying to give us any of those perks. She seemed super annoyed when we asked for our ice cream (our kids wore the hats to dinner) and discount. Which stinks because I would expect her to have offered the discount before we had to ask.None the less, she was an ok server and the food was good. Not amazing, but not awful. Worth the convenience of not having to leave the hotel.

Driving down 4 hours for the Fulton steam boat experience was nothing but a bad experience. Hair in our food, other guests over served and throwing up from 12 am - 4:30 am keeping our kids awake because of the arguments between guests two nights out of three. A grown man throwing up in the pool bathroom. The dining experience is equivalent to the burger king experience. The first night we did not have reservations, understandable we waited patiently but then once seated we waited an hour for service. Hair in our food, either getting our own drinks or waiting 30/45 minutes even with only 5-6 other small tables in there. Kathy in the dining area forgetting she had us seated and forgot our drinks for over 40 minutes because her grand kids were present . Frozen Easter dinner with Debbie calling our kids bratty for standing up to see the gentleman play with piano with his puppet. Once I asked for Abell, Debbie said she couldn't help me and that he had left. Debbie admitted when I asked for the bill after waiting 35 minutes, sat at the table for another 20 minutes by myself because my family got sick of waiting that she purposely ignored us. Out of four meals we had one good the second morning with an older waitress. Had to call the front desk because it wasn't attended to, Josh basically told me to shut up and stop complaining. We got 15% off with 2 kids and 1 adult Easter dinner for a weekend full of bad service and no sleep. Thanks for nothing. update: The comps they advised clearly did not happen. signed the receipt with the comps but was charged the original amount.

This place is great! The bacon might be 1 out of 4 ingredients in a BLT but it was 85% of this sandwich :)

Went early ate in the tavern. The tomato bisque was really good. Had the fish and chips. Everything tastes good except the coleslaw needed more seasoning. Also had the cauliflower bites. It was almost a meal in itself.
