Every time we go there the service is amazing, the female manager is always ontop of everything. She always has great customer service and no matter how busy they are the pizza is always flowing.

Loved the food, loved the people, loved the place. The only thing I’d say is don’t get the drink option, it’s not worth it. I got many different slices of pizzas, and their little cinnamon rolls were fresh and incredible. While a few of the pizzas weren’t as fresh, there was literally only one other group there when we ate so it was super quiet.

I visited with my family and arrived approximately two hours after opening. Upon arrival, we were immediately met by an employee who was noticeably rude. We also noticed that no food was ready, so we assumed she might simply be having a difficult start to her day and chose to be understanding.
However, the situation escalated when my autistic, non-verbal 3-year-old briefly wandered toward the side near the employee entrance as we were paying. He did not enter the area—he was simply getting antsy due to her making us wait several minutes while she put food out , and I had momentarily let go of his hand. The employee yelled at him and appeared as though she was going to grab him. Her demeanor was unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional.
This experience demonstrated very poor customer service, and we left extremely disappointed.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I walked into Infinito’s expecting a decent meal and instead found roaches crawling around the dining area. This was absolutely disgusting and clearly a sign of poor sanitation. To make it worse, there was barely any pizza out, which is the whole point of coming here. When I brought this up to the manager, she was rude and clearly had no clue how to handle the situation. It was a complete mess! Save your time, money, and appetite. Do NOT eat here!

Used to eat here a lot and the food was spectacular. Haven't been here for a couple months was hungry for salad and pizza. We stopped in and there was two women there with children and other gentlemen by himself. Salad bar was okay the Apple Pizza was the best. Between me and my husband the pepperoni the bacon the plain pizza even coming out of the oven the bottom of it was all wet soggy and snotty and the pizza was disgusting we mainly ate salad and I had two apple slice pizzas it was $30+ for us to eat and it was terrible. Won't be coming back here anytime soon if ever again!!!!!!!!!
All you can eat pizza that tastes amazing,n doesn't cost too much, and they churn them out quickly so there's always hot and fresh pizzas ready to go. They will take requests as well.
Dining room was clean and the bus boy was around often to get rid of used plates and restock the plate/napkin area.
Associates were busy, but looked happy.

To start the pizza bar was half empty when arriving not a big deal but when the pizza bar was empty instead of replacing anything they continued to prep 20+ pizzas instead of cooking any and left the bar empty with a handful a customers most just walked out

Friendly staff, unlimited pizza. Fantastic unique pizza options like Rose pizza, buffalo pizza and Mac and cheese pizza. The only thing lacking is the atmosphere, zero entertainment. No TV's, no arcade games, none of the things that help keep the kids attention after they are full but you're still eating.
