Use to love going to this place, but recently it's gone downhill. Food is not as good as it was before and to top it off our last visit ended in seeing a live cockroach crawling across the floor. We immediately stopped eating at that point, our friend squished it, and showed it to a worker, but no apology or anything. Highly doubt we'll return after this.

Pizza is not bad when fresh but when we first got there, you could tell the pizza was sitting out for ages. Tables not clean and floors messy. Service was great the people friendly and asking what pizza we'd like. It just sucks the food and atmosphere didn't meet the same level.

Went in after a long day of work an skipping my lunch to have an appetite for dinner with the family quickly was killed after almost using molded parmesan cheese shaker. This place has fell apart. Will not be coming back.

absolutely horrible- do not waste your money here. arrived with no food whatsoever on the buffett, pizza was extremely oily, tough, and flavorless. lost my appetite. flies on the salad bar. nothing here tastes good. do not waste your money on this unhygienic place. costco instead has better pizza

They now used overly processed cubed shaped chicken, it was better when they used shredded chicken. Ive been going there since they opened when it was $4.99 now it's just not worth it when prices have risen way above inflation and the quality has dropped.

Just left from there from having dinner with my family there was no food on the buffet the food tasted disgusting there was no coffee and they are very short staffed
We had a fantastic experience at this pizza place! The pizza was really good, and the staff was extremely friendly. One of the best parts is that you can request specific pizzas to be added to the buffet. Plus, everything is reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Food is what you expect from Infinitos not mad about it but the lady who I think was the manager with dark hair in a bun and glasses was super rude to her employe making them literally jog through the kitchen and slammed the pasta lid closed that I had just opened before I could get pasta so 0/10 to that lady

I have always had a good experience at Infinitos until this evening. We arrived at one point there were only two pizzas available. No lettuce for salad no Alfredo sauce. The person running the register was telling people to wait 20 minutes. There were only three employees in the entire building. My daughter and I did not even get the 1099 worth of food. We could’ve just ordered pizza carryout at another restaurant and had a better experience.
