Had a meal here with my kids today.
The kids meal options were poor. The chips tasted stale. My sandwich was so soggy and tasted so bad I couldn’t even eat it. The sign on the door said kids eat free but the waitress had no idea what I was talking about.

Tendies were mostly bread and the chicken was bland. Depressing restaurant interior.

Very very disappointing. Stay clear from this place if you value your wallet. Very expensive for microwaved food. I ordered the “French Hen” and was expecting a good hearty sandwich for the ludicrous price of 15 dollars! It came out and the only good item I had purchased was the soda. Do not eat here you can find better options quite literally down the road.

The fried pickles came out over cooked & cold. Food was slow coming out & several groups left before getting waited on. Our waitress was very kind, the only reason they got 2 stars.

My suggestion for servers when it’s someone first time explain to them what you mean by chips for the side…..I was thinking it was going to be homemade chips not a bag of potato chips! It says house made chips on the menu for a side! Not even a good grade or tasty The Crab and broccoli soup was good but salty, the Ruben was ok, the bag of potato chips was not good at all, my auntie carrots with her sandwich was raw, the pizza we ordered the dough was soggy not crispy our waiter seemed as if he didn’t know what was asked of when I asked for carry out container. Definitely not a good experience and would not be back or recommend

sandwiches were $15.50. mine was $14.50. Ridiculously small. Especially for $15!! very little meat in them. Used to Be awesome here but it’s just sad! The beer selection is ok. Nice election of IPAs on draft. I’m afraid to know how much I spend on the beer though. Found the core to the head of lettuce in my sandwich. I am very, unhappy.! yeah wasn’t lying

We just had catering delivered for an office lunch and it was amazing! The delivery driver (through UberEats) forgot to grab our sandwich trays, so the manager personally drove them to us. He was already on his way by the time I realized they were missing and called! The food was delicious and they even threw in some extra goodies with our large order! We will definitely be ordering again!

I found Isaac's when searching for kid friendly places to eat in the Lancaster area. Unfortunately this place didn't quite meet our expectations. First, the kids food options were nothing more than grocery store staples like peanut butter and jelly served with fancy rainbow bread, or dino nuggets straight out of the freezer. The salads we ordered for an entree weren't terrible, but hardly anything special either. The service was quite slow for a mostly empty late lunch and the bill came out to more than I would expect for the quality of service provided. We definitely felt like this was more of a chain restaurant than a local establishment and likely won't return if we're in the area again.

Had the tomato soup, flat bread pizza, and desert. All very good. Service was awesome as well.

I dropped by this evening with a friend, who said he had the best IPA (their own brew). Dinner and dessert were excellent and served up quickly. We also had the nicest server. We will definitely be back!

The food was yummy. Fast and friendly service. The portion sizes are decent. They offer samples on their craft beer menu, which is nice! Would recommend

We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation here last weekend. It is not “ fancy” but it is exactly what I envisioned for my party. The price point is such that I told my daughter she could invite as many friends as she wished but the food and selection is tops-notch ! And, the new manager, Anders, and our waiter, Shane took great care of us and added special touches to make it memorable.

Haven't been there in years since they closed our location near us. We were there mid day with a large party and they did not disappoint. Food was still as good as we remembered, we did think the French fry apps were on the smaller size. But service was great.
