I used to go here as a kids and tonight I brought my family to try and regret it. My wife ordered a southwest chicken salad and it was brought to the table with no dressing to be told they didn't have that dressing. She wouldn't have ordered it. My daughter got the bacon bbq burger and it didn't have the salad with it. Was asked if want fries or sweet potato fries without saying there is an upcharge(not listed on the menu). My youngest daughter's meal was supposed to come with a drink and we were charged for it. Pickles are SUPPOSED to come to the table i asked for them to be told they only come to the table if asked for because it is a hassle to make. The owner should be ashamed of how this place have gone downhill.

My boyfriend and I like to come here after traveling about 2 hours to Lancaster for That Pet Place. We have created a tradition of coming to Isaac’s after going to the pet store, and have always enjoyed it. It’s usually a quick and friendly place to be with decent food. However, today we had a very unpleasant experience. I️ believe that our waitress was the only server during our time there and while I understand the stress that comes with that she was very unprofessional and rude. She slammed our drinks down about 45 minutes after we ordered them and walked away without saying anything. We were never checked on throughout our dining experience (I never received the dessert I put in as well) and were waiting around for the check for quite awhile so we got up to pay as we live awhile away and have plans with family tonight we need to get back to. When we got up she gave us very unnecessary attitude and then finally gave us our checks. The people who helped us at the end were nice. It’s just disappointing considering this used to be a fun place for us to go. We will not be returning.

I 've been a patron of Isaac's since the late 90's and I must say it has gone totally down hill over the last 6-8 yrs. Their selection of sandwiches and the portion are half of what they were yet the prices have all but doubled and the quality well lets just say it ain't what it use to be.I know inflation that's what everyone says, well that may be so, but you can still have quality products yes more expensive because of inflation but double the price and half the portions! The interiors are worn, I don't believe they are putting their profits back into the business, at least it doesn't appear to be. I believe that they are on their last leg and won't be around much longer. I know my wife and I won't be going there anymore.

Got in a car wreck today outside of Isaac's. Car is probably totaled but I just wanted to leave a nice review for the wonderful staff at the Centerville location. I went in to use the bathroom after the officer took the info they needed, and the staff I interacted with was just the best❤️ very caring and helpful, even bought my husband and I iced teas after we were telling them what happened. Already a favorite lunch spot of mine, highly recommend this location.

We placed a pickup order last night for 8 people, and I’m still blown away by the amazing customer service! I ordered online and included names in the messages for each meal. Since the system said it would take 60 minutes to prepare, I called the location to see if it could be done sooner. The gentleman who answered was incredibly polite and accommodating—he told me to go ahead and place the order and that he could have it ready at the time I requested since it wasn’t busy.
When I arrived, I noticed I could easily go inside to grab the order. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and said, “Hi Teresa, your order is ready.” I was honestly amazed. He was so welcoming, energetic, and polite. He had seen the names in the order notes, labeled every item accordingly, and even included napkins and utensils. On top of that, he remembered the names of everyone we ordered for!
The food was SO good—fresh, flavorful, and everything was exactly as we ordered, even with a few modifications. They got it all right!
I don’t usually frequent Isaac’s, but after this experience, I definitely will. Outstanding customer service like that deserves to be recognized—thank you for making our evening so smooth and enjoyable!

I actually met a young man working here by the name of Isaac, but he is unfortunately not the owner but he was so friendly so helpful. I highly recommend this establishment. The food is delicious. The place is clean and modern looking like 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

This afternoon I placed a $44 order.
I ask for it to be ready at a certain time. When I got there, it was not ready. They had an hour to prepare it. I got a quart Of new england clam chowder And when I got it back to where I was going , it was scorched. Is brown in color. I ordered a sandwich Chicken salad On italian bread I got the chicken salad but not on Italian bread. It was maiden correctly. The container of cold slaw Was dry like it was just made But had no witness to it completely dry. I got several other items.I asked for an additionAl Small container Pour some of the chowder into it and they didn't even give me that. Very disappointed. I love Isaacs and I love to eat. This was just very upsetting to me

We have found this location to be a relatively average Isaac’s - nothing spectacular, but always reliable!

The “grilled cheese” sandwich was average as well as the tomato soup. Also had a Turkey Reuben which was also very average. Each of these orders were approx $15 which seems very pricy for what you get. Hadn’t been to Isaac’s in years and probably won’t be back anytime soon.
They always forget the pickels! Not worth it. Spent $70 on 3 sandwiches and the pretzel ones were so small! Size of half a sandwich when they cost the most. They literally advertise using Tyson chicken. Stay home and make for 1/5 the cost.

I'm really disappointed that you're only offering takeout at 8:20 PM! This seems lazy and reflects poor service for such a well-known franchise. To whoever owns the restaurant, please be aware that you're switching to takeout only after 8:15 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 9 PM.
What’s wrong with take out only, well I don't like my food cold, and I rather eat it just made, and it is nice to dine in with your family.
Thanks!

No complaints, typically soups and sandwiches. I love the kids menu names to give it a twist. When we walked in for lunch it was pretty slow so the kitchen was loud as it’s the first thing you see when you walk in, but no real complaints.
Kid-friendliness: Cute kids menu!
