I am only giving this location 2 stars because of the service we received from our server and the managers.
My bill for 2 people came to just over $54.00. No alcohol. Just water. Well, I ordered soda water and my friend ordered regular water.
When I got the bill I was shocked. Issac's used to be affordable for lunch. My friend's cup of soup was $7.49. Her spinach salad was over $12.00..and she got a protein, a black bean burger which added another $4.50. For a black bean burger. Wonder what they charged for meat. The real shocker came when I realized that I was charged $3.49 for soda water, the price of a soft drink. I have NEVER been charged for soda water. I can't even tell you how ridiculous this is. I got a black bean burger and potato chips for around $12.50. It was okay. I got a side of friend pickles for 8.49. They were pretty good.
The manager took that off my bill, which I am grateful for. But if you are looking for outrageous prices and mediocre food, by all means, go to Issac's. However, for about $20 more, you could go to someplace like Harvest, with fresher food and no charge for soda water.
Issac's used to be a value lunch. Now they are just taking the piss really. It's probably to pay for the expensive liquor licenses that they have now.
I don't mind paying for good service and good food. But this is really out of line.
Shame on you, Issac owners, for gouging the public. You're probably not going to be around for very much longer at these prices. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Let's go from top to bottom; and this is just from a one time experience eating in. 1st the atmosphere is pretty good, I asked for a booth & got a nice spot. The area is on the smaller side but they redid the interior and it looks nice I'll give them that.
2nd the service was very slow, the young gentleman seemed new and the kitchen manager wasn't much help. She had a short attitude & seemed like she had a long day already. It took a long time to get our food for 4 & the fudgy wudgy dessert! Oh, And an extra spoon, I had to go to the kitchen and ask a 2nd time.
Lastly the food sucked. I've gotten sick off of it once before from take-out but wanted to give it a last shot. My pork BBQ was cold, the sesame seed bun was hard, and the ketchup in the sandwich was an awful combination. I think the only good thing there anymore is the packaged rice crispy treats. I'm done there, wish Quiznos was still around.

If you read my previous posts you’ll see I don’t usually leave negative reviews unless ABSOLUTELY warranted. This is one of those times.
We arrived mid-day on a Thursday and were the only customers. The server was quick to ask us what we wanted for drinks, which is as it should be. We then ordered food, and it came out rather quickly. This was the end of the happiness. First, for $10 my daughter got a reheated small bowl of Kraft macaroni and cheese and a few fries. Ridiculous. Secondly, the server never checked on us until it was time to pay. Never asked how the food was, if we needed anything else, how we were. Remember, we were the ONLY customers here. We could hear everyone in the back laughing and joking. The Mallard would have been great if not for the small amount of sauce on it, and the raw mushrooms. The table behind us had food left on it when we arrived, and it was still there when we left. No cleaning at all. Old food on the floor of our booth as well. And no music. Who wants to sit in a restaurant with no service and just hear the staff laughing and joking? I wouldn’t suggest this place. $60 for a couple sandwiches, old Mac and cheese, and some fries.

Most likely just had my last order from here. I used a delivery service and so I know the cost is elevated but holy moly!
I ordered a hamburger. It was pictured with fries. But did not come with fries. It also didn’t come with any condiments in it and since there was nowhere to add any I assumed ketchup at the least. Nope. $19 for a frozen hamburger patty that was suuuuper dry and tasted awful. And you rebranded as a pub??? The small pickle mix which had just pickles, a piece of cauliflower and a baby carrot was $9.
The house made chips were good but I think there were less than a dozen in the bag.
All in all with a coworker ordering a chicken salad wrap our total was over $50 and we were embarrassed for Isaac’s. I’m happy to pay convenience fees but I suspect the prices in the restaurant, while lower, are still wildly inflated for the quality. In today’s economy, it seems like a very interesting choice.

The atmosphere and service were great but the food was honestly horrible. Like we left wishing we hadn’t eaten anything. We spent like $60 and the only thing we actually wanted was the drinks. The soup was like it was canned or something and it was separated and my husband said he barely got down what he ate of the burger. But the people were nice…..
Waitress brought food and didn't return to check how food was or to offer water refills. She returned with the bill, of course.
Food was hot, which was good, but nothing exceptional taste-wise.
Sat in the restaurant. Tap room announcer very loud, which was a little annoying.
Just had lunch today at Isaac's. It was an extremely enjoyable experience. Caroline our server was very friendly and helpful with the menu. We had Rainbow Parrot Sandwich and Soup Combo. Very tasty, just right amount of food. We also had Soup Sampler, what a great concept, 3 small cups of amazing soup. Restaurant very clean and comfortable, attractive atmosphere, everyone over the friendly. A must visit for any meal. They also have a Taproom, serving Craft Beer. Absolutely a pleasure.
Got seated, waited 20 minutes and no one came to take even a drink order, could see staff in the kitchen goofing off. This place has gone down hill tremendously. Wasn't even acknowledged...
I went to this place to try something new and see what it was all about. When I walked in I noticed a dirty dish rag on the counter and I seen the water they were cleaning with it was pure black, who knows when they ever changed the water to sanitize the table. I was going to eat inside but I chose to do takeout when I noticed it. The person who took my order didn’t even seem interested in their job at all and sounded very nonchalant taking my order. As I was done placing my ordering and paying the cashier, they told me it will be around 10 minutes for my sandwich to be done. I waited around 15 minutes and I seen 2 staff members on their phone while my order was just sitting there. 3 minutes later I finally get my order. The sandwich was just thrown at the bottom of my bag and It tasted dry and not fresh. I always like trying new things but this was a very big disappointment for me, the prices are outrageous for some low tier sandwiches.
I ordered a large catering order online (pretty last minute) and when I got to the end, it told me it wouldn't be ready by the time I needed. I called the store and spoke to a manager who informed me that she could definitely make sure it would be ready at my needed time.
When I went to pick up, they loaded everything on a cart for me and wheeled it out to my car. All the boxes were labeled with everyone's names that I had put in the description boxes when ordering, which made lunch time so much more organized and everyone was able to find their box in a timely manner.
The food was excellent and we will definitely be using them again! Thank you for helping cater our company lunch for K&A Appliance!

Good food, but definitely a chain like feel.
A nice place to visit on a cold, rainy night. Cheery and food was great. Waitress was wonderful.
Will never come back here. The food quality was not good - cheap ingredients. We ordered a beer and a cocktail. The beer was average, but the cocktail was terrible. We barely touched it. Our waitress did notice, and asked if she wanted us to take it off the bill. We confirmed we didn’t care for it but said it was fine to keep on the bill to be polite, and she said ok and kept it on the bill knowing we weren’t happy. Will never return.
Isaac’s has rebranded itself from just plain Isaac’s to Isaac’s craft kitchen and brewery. Their sandwich menu is considerably less than it used to be, but the quality is still excellent. The Rainbow Parrot sandwich I got could have had more meat. The small bowl of pickles and vegetables is still great.
The salad entrees we had (honey Dijon grilled chicken and buffalo grilled chicken) were excellent! We were craving salad and these hit the spot. Called in our order for pickup at 5pm on a Sunday night and it was ready within 20min.
