Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered a custom sandwich through door dash and the order came incorrect

I called this store to identify this and they, instead of taking accountability for their mistake, told me since I used DoorDash that I had to deal with them

They made the errors and can’t even correct them

Sad service poor structure to not take accountability

The whole sandwich was covered in oil and missed requested items

Wont be going here again

They make a good sandwich, no doubt. Still hard to pay more than 20 bux for a sandwich, chips and drink.

I love going to jersey Mike 13 is the sandwich.

So i usually go here and everytime I go maybe its the points I have and I've accumulated it seems the customer service is either mediocre or they act like im getting the sandwhich for free idk they even didnt correct a situation where they made an error but today!!!! Steven restored my hope this man's customer service was beyond excellent I've never sat in the store to wait or felt comfortable but he was soooo polite hospitality is beyond an a+ I just want to say Stwven thank you for an excellent experience thank you for taking time to explain to me things I dont ever leave a food review but his customer service was beyond excellent I hope your manager see this you deserve a raise 👏🏾

I got my sub mikes way! Tasted pretty good.
Micheal got his way with my lower colon this evening. I send this review cramping in pain, sweating, out of breath and in dire need of medical assistance. Wouldn’t recommend Mikes way.

Who would of knew Jersey Mike's has really good salads. Not to mention their subs don't miss.

We came here and brought our 2 children. They wanted to go to Subway but we convinced them to come here instead. They LOVED it, we all did. Everything is fresh and the employees were friendly. We will definitely be back!

These guys are great, the manager guy is great, tonight I Got the fresh Parmesan garlic big kahuna bread, get their points app because you get one free every so many subs, these guys work hard and are super friendly, The one newer guy forgot to put the Rosemary bread on, no problem they just switched it out, Out of all the Jersey Mikes, This one is the best because the way it’s run, the manager is always there and Dedicated to exceptionalism their customer service is as good as their subs that I could eat two or three times a week, I like a lot of Jersey Mikes, This one is yo there in terms of performance, if you’re new, or have gone and haven’t tried it yet, make sure you give the big Kahuna sub on Rosemary bread a try, I can’t order anything else because it’s so good once I found it I eat a couple a week (if I’m really lucky!!!!) but the Italian is good and my other half likes the turkey too, These guys deserve the five stars, the manager guy and his team do a truly incredible job and are dedicated to such hard work and with incredibly delicious products and very nice customer service every single day!!!!

The first time I ever ordered Jersey Mike’s was in February the day after my baby was born and it was THE BEST thing ever!!! Today I ordered online and picked up in store, which I have not done before. The man behind the counter was so kind and helpful and showed me were my sub was ready for pickup at the front. I definitely recommend this store and their subs!
