Jersey Mike's Subs

Disappointed in the new hot Italian sub ..It has nothing on the cold Italian.. Will not get it again

The subs are amazing! The meat is cut freshly in front of you as well as the cheese. I am fine with the toppings they offer but my daughter likes additional toppings that they do not offer. I think they could enhance the amount of toppings they offer like Subway does but Subway will never top Jersey Mike's! The staff are very rude in my opinion.

Ordered the Roast Beef and Provolone, the beef was dry and bland. All I could taste was the bread and the vinegar.

Just left the Lancaster location. Love the subs but I definitely felt the attitude when giving our order. WOW. I don't require over the top customer service but throwing subs rolls is a little much. Perhaps she was having a bad day. How bad could it have been though at 11:00 on a Sunday morning.

My 10 year old gave it 2nd place, I gave it 3rd, but we both gave it first place for the brownie,

Ordered a custom sandwich through door dash and the order came incorrect

I called this store to identify this and they, instead of taking accountability for their mistake, told me since I used DoorDash that I had to deal with them

They made the errors and can’t even correct them

Sad service poor structure to not take accountability

The whole sandwich was covered in oil and missed requested items

Wont be going here again

They make a good sandwich, no doubt. Still hard to pay more than 20 bux for a sandwich, chips and drink.

I love going to jersey Mike 13 is the sandwich.

So i usually go here and everytime I go maybe its the points I have and I've accumulated it seems the customer service is either mediocre or they act like im getting the sandwhich for free idk they even didnt correct a situation where they made an error but today!!!! Steven restored my hope this man's customer service was beyond excellent I've never sat in the store to wait or felt comfortable but he was soooo polite hospitality is beyond an a+ I just want to say Stwven thank you for an excellent experience thank you for taking time to explain to me things I dont ever leave a food review but his customer service was beyond excellent I hope your manager see this you deserve a raise 👏🏾

I got my sub mikes way! Tasted pretty good.
Micheal got his way with my lower colon this evening. I send this review cramping in pain, sweating, out of breath and in dire need of medical assistance. Wouldn’t recommend Mikes way.
