So i usually go here and everytime I go maybe its the points I have and I've accumulated it seems the customer service is either mediocre or they act like im getting the sandwhich for free idk they even didnt correct a situation where they made an error but today!!!! We came here and brought our 2 children. They wanted to go to Subway but we convinced them to come here instead. They LOVED it, we all did. Everything is fresh and the employees were friendly. We will definitely be back!

These guys are great, the manager guy is great, tonight I Got the fresh Parmesan garlic big kahuna bread, get their points app because you get one free every so many subs, these guys work hard and are super friendly, The one newer guy forgot to put the Rosemary bread on, no problem they just switched it out, Out of all the Jersey Mikes, This one is the best because the way it’s run, the manager is always there and Dedicated to exceptionalism their customer service is as good...
