Have been going to Jersey Mike's since they opened first shop in Pt Pleasant, nj. They TOO CARE of their customers.Its too bad this shop on Lincoln hwy in Pa is so different. Its horrible! Food tastes old. They worry about weighing everything. They make it very obvious, by weighing subs right in front of you, that they are a penny-pinching shop instead of making their customers feel like they are more important.Fruitville Pike shop treats their customers like people and you will get a better and fresher sub there. Won't be going back to Lincoln Hwy shop. We don't appreciate getting WISH subs!You wish you could see the meat .

Today I had the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak and it did not disappoint!
First of all, it was loaded with Franks Red Hot but not so much that it leaked. I was able to eat it with a minimum of napkin use.
Second was the perfect layering of toppings. Most every bit was a great combination of all ingredients and, when I got down to the last couple of bits with just a little meat, I had the sauce on the sandwich wrap to dip the sandwich in!
This cheesesteak was SO much better than another buffalo chicken sandwich I regularly enjoy. I will be back for reasons like this, the great customer service and friendly atmosphere as well!

If you order on the app, you get a tiny sandwich, nothing like if you go in and they make it in front of you. Less meat and veggies. You pay enough for their sandwiches, you should get your money's worth.

Worst experience at the Lincoln Highway, Lancaster location. Sandwich was completely soggy and to top it off found hair on the roll. I threw it out. Didn’t even eat it. Was on my lunch break and couldn’t immediately return

Ordered 2 hoagies threw DoorDash and neither one came how they were ordered dont pay for extra anything cause you won't get it worst 70 bux i ever spent at a jersey mikes

The service was great, but the quality of the food is really subpar. The turkey tastes like chipped ham from a discount grocery store, the bread was stale and the overall taste was not good.
Great first experience! Will definitely get subs again. Great bread, fresh cut meats, a drill seasoned

Guess the employees don't believe in or are lazy to clean bathrooms and tables. Bathroom so bad, would not even use it.. Actually told one of employees that place was filthy and complete disregard. Because they were busy they didn't clean. If you work as a team, all jobs can be completed. Dined out due to filth.
