Multiple terrible experiences from a family fan club for Jimmy John’s. Tried one more time and spent $30 yesterday for my husband’s birthday
two giant subs to be completely disappointed and pathetic quality of subs. You lost a loyal family of customers!

Got a catering order for a birthday party. Paid a lot of money and there was one slice of meat on the sandwiches. I was embarrassed to even put the sandwiches out for everyone. Just went there today. Made it home and they forgot a sandwich. I called and they wouldn’t refund me for that sandwich. The two sandwiches I did get were completely wrong even though the receipt on the bag was my correct order. I won’t be going back.

Ordered three sandwiches two roast beef toast, toasted ones and an Italian toast. It got them home wound up throwing the worn out. It was so full of salt whether the meat the salt I have no idea, but I couldn’t even eat it. That’s how much salt was in it. I then called the manager this morning. Spoke to him. His name is Alex. His response to me was oh well, sorry about that. That was it that was his response not wow really sorry sir can I help you? Can I credit you give you a gift card or anything so I said no message so thank you very much. Not that I was looking for anything but just a young punk manager, not knowing how to deal with people not dealing with customers properly that’s how he’s trained the way society is today so that being said, I advised him I said is that’s how you feel right now, sir you have permanently lost my business to any Jimmy John’s that I will ever come across I will never ever ever order again from Jimmy John’s, so thank you very much Alex the manager I greatly Time and consideration and and empathy towards your customers

Was really great but today just standing here waiting and waiting for a very long time. Seems like they don’t have a staff and set up to accommodate the business. that was one of the reasons I came here – because it was Quick and Quality but the quickness is long gone… generic Fast food is even faster than this.

Jimmy Johns is Jimmy Johns, you know what you're going to get in a positive way. However, I wanted to give a moment to appreciate this particular location, and more specifically order taker Donovan for his great service. He had the right attitude and was friendly, even though we arrived 10 minutes before closing and it was late.

On October 5th I placed an order at the Oregon Pike location. Order was taken in full as well as payment, just for the employee that took my order to call back and say my address is 16 minutes away and their policy says no more than 5. I asked them to post void my payment so there’s no wait which they agreed to and to date 10/15/24 nothing. To top it off one of their female store managers had the audacity to be offended after I responded with a threat to sue them when she told me that I would keep getting the same answer from her anytime I call. They had no problem with charging me $33.81 and could have even delivered the food since it was their mistake to make it right but all I got was unprofessional folks on the phone. The employee that answered put me on hold to get the manager just to get back on saying yeah what’s up! The most unprofessional group of people ever! Will never spend another dollar with them!
