On October 5th I placed an order at the Oregon Pike location. Order was taken in full as well as payment, just for the employee that took my order to call back and say my address is 16 minutes away and their policy says no more than 5. I asked them to post void my payment so there’s no wait which they agreed to and to date 10/15/24 nothing. To top it off one of their female store managers had the audacity to be offended after I responded with a threat to sue them when she told me that I would keep getting the same answer from her anytime I call. They had no problem with charging me $33.81 and could have even delivered the food since it was their mistake to make it right but all I got was unprofessional folks on the phone. The employee that answered put me on hold to get the manager just to get back on saying yeah what’s up! The most unprofessional group of people ever! Will never spend another dollar with them!

I have always had my orders delivered or picked up with zero problems. Today I went to the Lancaster store to order and I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. When we walked in the store, the guy at the register just stood there and stared out the window, no greeting. When I went to pick up what I thought were my sandwiches, i was yelled at very rudely by an employee in the back, that they weren't mine. To top it all off, they forgot my potato salad and i had to drive back with No apologies.Not a great environment.

Freaky fast?! How so? Took 40 min for my order to even leave! I’m 2 minutes away and it still took an additional 20 minutes to get here. An HOUR for Jimmy John’s?! Never again ?

This is the only closest location by me because everything is far away in this damn state. I swear they can't make their sandwiches good or follow simple instructions. I day no onions or tomatoes and they somehow still do. I got a number 9 which comes with ham automatically on it and they somehow miss that. Ive worked at jj when i was 16, its not hard. There's even something to look at when you make the sandwiches, please teach your sandwich employees to do better its so annoying.

Always wanted to try Jimmy John's. Recently discovered Lancaster, PA. had one, so on the way home from a trail ride in the northern end of the county, I made sure to check them out.
They weren't busy when I got there between 7:30, or 8pm. Had a 16-inch(I was hungry; they have a variety of sizes available) roast beef combo meal, which was very good.
I thought the pricing was comparable to other similar shops.
I think this is a smaller Jimmy Johns with limited indoor seating and some outdoor seating, but designed as more of a drive thru

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lack of Accountability and Customer ServiceOn April 27th, I made a significant online order of $474 for our college baseball team, scheduled for delivery at 1:30 PM in between a doubleheader. However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations that deeply tarnished our experience with Jimmy John's.Despite numerous attempts to contact the store when the order did not arrive, there was no answer until 2:45 PM, and even then, I was told to wait an additional 15 minutes. When a family member was sent to the store to expedite the process, it was shocking to discover that the order hadn't even been started by 3:00 PM, despite observing 28 walk-in customers and drive-thru customers receiving their orders promptly.Furthermore, upon finally receiving the order at 4:00 PM, when my family member arrived with the food, multiple items were missing, leaving several players without proper sustenance, impacting their performance during the second game of the doubleheader.Despite my efforts to address these issues with the store and speak with a manager, there has been a complete lack of accountability and resolution. Today I drove to the store and spoke with the store manager, who could only offer apologies without any tangible solution or compensation.As a customer and supporter of Jimmy John's, this experience falls far below the standards of quality and efficiency I have come to expect. I urge Jimmy John's to take this matter seriously and restore my faith in the brand by addressing these issues promptly and appropriately.
