I have never ordered a sandwich from here and had it 100% correct. They really seem incapable of following instructions. Is it really that hard to not put mayo on my sandwich?Furthermore, why can't I get salt and pepper on my sandwich?

Fastest subs at a cheap price but layout of both location and store flow setup is nothing to impress.Food is decently good but compared to other sub locations, I have them lower on my list for a couple reasons:1. Fewer Toppings Selection2. Bread can be amazing IF - it’s not stale…3. Meat selection doesn’t even come close to other optionsHowever, the pricing of these subs and how incredibly fast they are made (so fast they have a drive-thru) it makes it a location to get a good, cheap sub in a rush.The “1 way in, 1 way out” right off a major road with limited parking does add a downside though. When you enter the shop, the ordering counter is directly right in front of the entrance/exit door, making it a clustering spot quickly.All-in-all : 3 stars for a decent sub shop.

I am type 2 diabetic. I always loved Jimmy johns before but bread has a lot of carbs and carbs is the main thing I need to stay away from.I recently discovered they have the "unwitch" sandwich and omg this is the best thing ever. It's delicious! I was able to get the bootlegger that I love without all the carbs. Thank you so much for offering this, it's so unique. I was surprised how even with the lack of bread it tasted great. Kicking ranch was delicious as well.Vegetarian options: The veggie is a great tasting sandwich. Highly recommend avocado spread

Had a horrible experience today, I could not believe how unhelpful, rude and unprofessional the 2 ladies working in the store were. The one young lady at the drive thru dropped the f-bomb, and had such a poor attitude and lack of good customer service skills, it was jarring. Please do better because this experience was a total let down from the wonderful service we've had in the past.

That was second time I got my sandwich wrong I told him I wan club lulu. He got me tuna fish. Not happy with his order.
We always do drive thru. It's fast and the service is quick. Food is fresh delicious and I've never had a ride person take my order. We love it!

First time having Jimmy John’s and nearly didn’t go when I saw the price. Glad I did though! Worth every penny! The employees were friendly, the restaurant was spotless and very inviting even though I had to get it to go.I got the cheesesteak and loved it!
