I love Jimmy John’s. This location has been steadily declining. Bread is rarely fresh (often stale). Associates don’t know their menus and have long wait times.

Just went in and ordered in person. #17 no tomatoes. They put tomatoes on it. Then caught it and with out gloves just pulled them off. Thank goodness i wasnt allergic to tomatoes. 2 slices of ham on this sub. Plus drink was $13.00.

They use to make a hefty sandwich. Rip off now. Its a shame.

Pros: subs are fresh and taste great. I tried the Italian sub and was very satisfied.
Cons: Staff are new and not really engaged. New place so it takes time to find a good crew.

First time we came here, it was terrible cause they got our order wrong. And we even ordered iin person too. Gave them a try AGAIN for the second time. This time we ordered online n came to pick up our order. Apparentl, they didnt have enough tuna to make for our large sandwich, so we had to pick something else. Then they didn't have cookies, so I had to pick another side for my combo. Came home to eat my tuna, n the tuna was so salty, it was horrible. I thought I gave them a try again but apparently this isnt it. Not coming back here again. Also I wanted my sandwich to cut in half, it wasn't. N to take the bread out on both sandwiches, it wasn't either. Had to throw away my sandwich cause it was too salty

Great quality food, always friendly service and clean place. Only reason for 4 stars is every time I go, there is only 1 person doing everything. Same person taking orders in restaurant, doing drive thru and making subs. Really should have at least 2-3 people especially during lunch hours. Takes awhile for 1 person to do all of that.

Doesn't give the food you order and won't refund for mistakes. Don't eat here. They should be out of business. Bad management and bad customer service. So sad. This is how businesses go out.

Why does making a sandwich take 20+ mins? Another frustrated customer got mad and left after getting refund. At least they should have informed the customers why it takes so long. Also, one of us wanted a sandwich without cheese and a side of chip, but you can guess what happened..

Love the fresh turkey on sliced wheat bread! Customer service is always friendly with a smile at the Lincoln Hwy location, that is important to me because kindness matters! If you enjoy fresh turkey this is the place to go!
