Consistently delivers a great dining experience which is why we go back as often as we do and why we take our friends there to introduce them to truly fine dining

Exceptional service from Brandon and the food was delicious! Place has a wonderful ambiance my only issue was the noise level became too loud once the dining area filled up. At a classy place like this, I would hope for a quieter surrounding.

Excellent service and food. I appreciated the use of the elevator and the staff that made it possible.

Josephine's impressed from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed yet refined night out as a Family. The service was top-notch, friendly, and attentive. Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.

Always a wonderful experience at Josephine's! It's like stepping back in time to the days of elegant white tablecloth restaurants. Piano player in the background, excellent acoustics so that you can hear each other at the table. Menu choices were all outstanding the bacon bahn mi app was unbelievably delicious and creative. Black cod and Barramundi cooked perfectly. Attentive service by Kyle- thank you!

We had an exceptional dinner experience at Josephine’s! Our server, Kyle, was fantastic, provided great recommendations and had the perfect level of attentiveness. We shared the sea bass, house bacon, and shrimp cocktail for starters and, while all were delicious, the sea bass was a real winner. The favorite fish was the duck breast - absolute killer. And all of the cocktails were creative and awesome, as well.

The dishes were very delicious and portioned perfectly, expensive but with good value. Our server trainee, Brandon, was remarkably knowledgeable for his time on the job and shared our enthusiasm for the experience and our sense of humor. It was a truly enjoyable evening.

From start to finish this meal was incredible! We began the evening with the House Made Bacon which was perfectly cooked pork belly with buttered brussel sprouts, rosemary, burrata, pomegranate, and hot honey. Although it sounds like so unusual combinations it paired perfectly. Our other appetizer was a special and was a take on shrimp cocktail but with aïoli instead of the typical red sauce. Before dinner came out we decided to try a seasonal soup that was on the menu, the Honeynut soup. The soup’s presentation was unique coming in an acorn squash and was incredibly rich and savory - would recommend to anyone that wants to lean in to the fall spirit. For my main meal I ordered the Lemon Pepper Barramundi. If you haven’t had barramundi before I would describe it as a mild white fish that is meatier than tilapia. It was the perfect protein to accompany the black rice, carrots, peas and fantastic curry sauce. We finished the night with no room but couldn’t pass up the vanilla bean crème brûlée. If you love vanilla this is the perfect dessert, it’s full of beans and the custard was extremely decadent. I would absolutely recommend Josephine’s for a date night, business dinner or just because!

Wonderful evening at Josephine's. Starters of Camembert Torte and Foie Gras. Mains of Black Cod and Scallops. Lemon meringue for dessert. Everything was great.
Excellent friendly, efficient service in a beautiful, refined atmosphere.
Prices are high, but the portion sizes are lovely, and the food is delicious.
Wine pricing, on the other hand, is really high and the list is just too long with some odd selections. Is this in order to impress Wine Spectator and get an award? Do they not like French white burgundies as they are noticeably under-represented. Reducing wine inventory and bringing prices a bit closer to acceptable should be a goal of management.
All-in-all a lovely evening to celebrate an occasion and life in general.
Cheers!!!!!!!!!!

This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Lancaster. We have been going there several times a year for the past few years.

The quality and taste of every dish we've gotten there is amazing. Two of my favorites at Josephine's are actually appetizers - both the Chilean sea bass and antelope are excellent. But honestly, you'll love everything you get there.

The service is excellent, and everyone is very friendly. Shout out to Hunter who is an excellent server and gives great recommendations.
