Any trip through Lancaster would be incomplete without a stop at Josephine's- a real treasure. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave you feel like a treasured guest. The executive chef is innovative and the menu changes with the seasons in ways that delight and surprise the palate. A few highlights of our dinner included the sashimi grade octopus tostado. We can't stop talking about it. The Lancaster corn soup defies description except to say...
Great spot, came for dinner with wife and daughter for birthday. Service was great, food was excellent, ambience on point. Bussers could use a little more training, filled both my wifes and I glasses with tap water instead of sparkling (Sparkling was on table, in glasses, and already requested when asked initially, it's minor honestly! But these small details make a world of difference when it comes to the full experience of a not inexpensive meal)
Josephine's is our favorite restaurant in the area. The space is beautiful, the food is always delicious, and the service is the best. The crab cakes are my go-to entree. 10/10. It's definitely a special occasion kind of restaurant as the pricing is NYC level. More than $300 for a few drinks, apps, entrees, and desserts.
