Wow I wish I could add pictures of me 12 peice chichen. Extra crispy. Actually, half of the chicken didn’t have anything on it. It was horrible unfortunately I picked it up in Columbia Avenue and I went the whole way up to Columbia. I called the Manager and she’s asking me to bring it back, which is 30 minutes away from my location so you’re talking to an hour drive to fix this chicken that night after we moved all day? Bring it back and we’ll exchange it but the person that put all that chicken in there knew what they were doing. This is very wrong and I’m hoping to be able to print the pictures. Don’t go there manager was rude and the person that place my order in my bucket was horrible will not be back ever

Nothing exciting. I ordered online, but I think I had a longer wait because I did that. Although there were no other customers in view, I sat at the drive-up window for several minutes. No one even acknowledged that I was there. Suddenly a hand came out of the window with bags hanging off of it and the person said "here". That was the end of the interaction. Disappointing. The food was OK.

If anyone wants a vegetarian pot pie today is the day they forgot to put the chicken in it😂😂
Kinda ridiculous that the doors are locked at 6pm. And they have no problem opening up for family or friends of the employees when they walk up. But a paying customer apparently has to have a vehicle for drive thru. Extremely disappointed in your establishment

Disappointed. Drive through was very slow, waiting 10 mins for a very simple order two 12 count nuggets, staff seemed disorganized and busy with everything but serving the customers. When they finally brought our nuggets they were small and dried out and we were already on the road when we realized they forgot to include our two selected sauces! When we were finished eating it felt like we had just finished a small snack and were still hungry, after $23.83! We’re not likely to return to KFC.
