KFC was advertising a free 8 piece bucket of chicken. With a minimal of 15.80 dollar order me and my fiance pulled up and order it online we got 6 piece of biscuits, 1 thing of mashed potatoes 1 thing of Mac and cheese and small order of French fries. We went thru drive thru they said thats an in store online pick uo only you'll need to come in. So we got in showed the manager and anther host our order and they had our order all wrong. They never gave us our bucket of chicken or biscuits š went back and they refused to give us our free bucket of chicken and biscuits. So I asked for a refund and they also refused to give us that back. š feeling overwhelmed and angry. We didnt get what has been advertising.! Its false advertisement and shouldn't be allowed to get it away with scamming customers! I also got sworn at by the host/manager and then they threw our existing order in the trash. ! So we got no refund no chicken and not all the food we paid for. very upsetting!

Horrible customer service when asked to speak with GM they said they couldnāt contact them. Then magically after I mentioned about contacting them myself they were āable ā to contact them. How do you ācomplete ā an order online with the items you want not even there? If I could Iād give zero stars.

Ordered all white meat and received all dark. Returned it to the store untouched for replacement but got attitude like it was somehow our fault... Also the dinning area, restroom and parking lot all looked neglected despite almost no customers.
Food is good as always. Inside it still looks like the old KFC. ONLY issue was the lady that waited on us could not understand that we did not want and she couldn't/didn't understand us. We repeated no wings and she said no legs. Probably three or four different times. I personally think that if you are dealing with people for your job, you should be able to understand them. There was a car detailing guy in the parking lot detailing a car also. One guy parked the opposite way that the parking spaces are and was WAY TO CLOSE TO MY CAR. When I asked my husband a question, he said what did you say with an attitude. Wasn't even talking to him. People suck at times. KFC tho was good as always

I havenāt been to Kentucky Fried chicken in a long time so I decided to try them again. Needless to say I am so disappointed this chicken taste like nothing I wonāt be back and besides that the prices are too high. I paid eight dollars for two drumsticks, I couldāve bought the whole damn chicken!!
