This is the only kfc I go to but everytime I go I’m always missing something in my meal tried calling 3 times today no answer

04/08/2025. what a GREAT experience KFC Lancaster 1535 Manheim Pike , Lancaster, PA 17601! It's been a long time since i've been into a KFC for a meal. and I'll be back as result of Today's experience. Upon entry, I was greeted by a charming young man with a great smile, professional, helpful, personable, friendly who provided great customer service - Christian M. my 94 y.o. Mum craved fried chicken after a doctor's visit and we were in proximity of the store. The food was fresh, tasty and of very good quality. Mum was VERY happy and satisfied with the chicken and fries. keep up the good work! we'll be back!

Horrible experience. The guy at the windows gave us all the wrong sauces after we told him which ones we wanted. The chicken was dry, and they shorted us on our sides. I tried to call the store the next day. I called 5 times, and no one picked up each time I called. It's too bad because I hate giving these kinds of reviews, but when every facet of my $45 order was a fail, I feel I should share the experience!!!! Hey, kid at the drive-thru window. Do better, socialize at home, not ar t work!!!

02/27/2025 I am calling, and no one is picking up. When I went there, there was no one in the drive-through. I was glad I got through fast service, which was great, and the food was too. But I did not receive my receipt. Still calling, but no one is picking up. I'm upset the gentleman handed me the money and no receipt; I thought it was in the bag. Nope, not in the bag.

I got food poisoning from there food. I called in and they said there is no way of getting food poisoning from there food. So you do not want to take of the problem I am getting a lawyer. You will here from I'm on
Always check your order before leaving. My order is always incorrect or incomplete 🙃 I learned my lesson the hard way a few times. I drive 30 minutes just to go here & it is very aggravating to come home to an incorrect order.

While I am at the drive thru window waiting for my food I observe the manager talking to 2 employees standing while making/baging my order, the 2 employees were not working just watching the manager make/bag my food,I was unhappy about that,because I can see the manager talking over my gravy while he scoops the gravy and pours it into the gravy bowl,he had a conversation throughout baging me $53.00 dollar order,that cashier asked me if I wanted my receipt and luckily I said yes because when I got home the 12 piece nuggets was missing so I had to drive all the way back to get my sons nuggets, I drove a total of 1 hour because I had to drive back a d forth 15 minutes each trip to and from,the manager was unapologetic

Food was excellent the employees that took care of us were phenomenal I was surprised with how empty the restaurant was but we had a great family dinner and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the restaurant while we were there very good overall experience
