The food was overdone and dry. I checked my order before pulling off and it should have never been given to a customer. A lady who I think was a mgr (glasses and red striped) shirt had attitude. The second order was not too much better when I checked it….no biscuit. I should have left it because It was hard as a rock. The young employee was very courteous and polite unlike the mgr.

Over 30 minutes wait in the drive-thru just to be told they didn't have what we wanted. Then we ordered something else and they didn't have that any longer by the time we got to the pickup window. The potatoes were like water. Doesn't look clean in the kitchen either. The drive-thru guy was very nice and apologetic. A lot of money for a whole lot of nothing!

Restaurant also offers Long John Silver's menu. Ordered fish and shrimp but when I asked for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce they didn't have any. They forgot to give me one side dish. Very poorly organized. Skip this place.

We went there yesterday August 13th at 2:30 pm. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal and a famous bowl. Got to the window and the Pregnant woman with dark hair and facial piercings who is supposedly the manager asked me if I got the 3 piece tender meal and I said yes. I paid for my meal and once I recieved the bag there was no bowl or sauce so I asked for the bowl and sauce. And this supposed manager said, "if you weren't on the phone when I repeated your order you would of heard me and I didn't say anything about a Famous bowl". First of all I wasn't on my phone and if I was it wasn't any of her business . I was speaking to my mother in the passenger seat. Secondly she wasn't the original person who took my order, it was a male. So I asked her to add a bowl to my order and she refused. Wow yall messed up my food order then refused to make it? Let me just say, that woman was the nastiest person I've ever had to deal with in a restaurant setting. When we pulled up she was standing outside talking to a van full of kids that was just parked there. She was ignorant and rude though out our whole interaction. No wonder you have so many terrible reviews with management like that. All she had to do was add what they messed up to my order.

I ordered online for. 3:30 pick up… it’s 3:54 and I’m still waiting. I started out in the drive theu- but the line wasn’t moving so decided to come in to “pick up” my food. Apparently I’m waiting on biscuits. Very disappointed it’s taking this long (25 minutes) to make biscuits.

Let me preface this review with telling you that I am from Buffalo NY.This KFC chicken was by far thicker and juicier. Would of given it 5 stars but the drive thru was very slow

Ordered famous bowls for the family only to get home to the bowls missing the corn and cheese. Also ordered a Mac and cheese for my toddler only for them to tell me 5 minutes into sitting at the pick up window they were “all out of Mac and cheese.” I will never be going to this location ever again.

Ordered the 12 pc chicken bucket and it comes with 3 " large sides" I also ordered 2 extra large sides bc they only fill up the containers halfway. Got home and discovered they forgot to give me 1 of the large sides I ordered. There was no one there when we ordered so I don't know what the excuse would be to not give me everything I ordered. The chicken was horrible not cooked all the way through. I will never go back to this location not worth it at all.
About a year ago, I went to KFC in lancaster (rockvale), and they refused to let me buy anything at drive thru, because I didn't have a car. I finally got a car, and on Saturday, June 25th, 2022, I finally got a car and the only thing I wanted was a 16 piece all dark meat bucket of chicken. They use to sell this to me for an extra charge, which I didn't mind, but since COVID happened, they no longer allow this. Do they think that their chicken is made of gold? It's a chicken place for god's sake. You can't tell me that they do not have dark meat chicken. Welcome to KFC in Rockvale, where the customer is always wrong!! I would have given them zero stars, but that option was not available. They don't even deserve one star!!

We tried to order 6 chicken sandwiches. The lady said they only had 2 sandwiches. This is 3pm in the afternoon. They have a big board outside saying to try their new chicken sandwich. Why was the store even open if they don't have enough food?

Worst place ever. If the older Spanish woman is the manger she needs fired. She is rude and they don’t give receipts or folks napkins straws had to go back to find out they had not got my order correctly but all these item plus ketchup were not in my bag. The famous bowl is bowl of burnt chic kn and ice cold potatoes. The long Jon silvers part. DO NOT BUT IT. HORRIBLE IN EDIBLE. MAC ND CHEESE TASTLESS. The potatoes was cold but the gravy was piping hot ?. They should be fired or closed down.
