Best pretzels ever!! They are buttery, crispy, and soft on the inside :) I can never resist them when I come to market!

This was the best pretzel I've had in my life. It was made fresh, was crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside. Flavor was great, no bitterness, and just enough salt without being overpowering. Service was also quick! It's located inside in the marketplace.

Honestly and truly amazing original pretzels. I wish I had purchased more. They are flavorful and somehow crispy while still being soft.

Bar none best pretzel we've ever ate (and my wife is a pretzel conissuer). Enough said.

This stand caught my eye while I was visiting the Lancaster Central Market. I wanted to try so many things but settled on their cinnamon sugar pretzel. It was soft, chewy, and the perfect size for a snack. I'm already trying to plan another trip back while I'm in town. They do have a $5 minimum on credit cards so bring cash or just buy extras to bring home

Kom Essa I learned is the Pennsylvanian Dutch word for "Come eat" And eat they shall as people lined up to order breakfast sandwiches. When I walked up to order I am reminded about an era where things were simple and less complicated. No IPhones or electronic tablets to keep tabs on orders here, just plain paper and a pencil will do the trick. The menu is simple offering paninis, panzanella, homemade soft pretzels, cornbeef reuben sandwiches and pigs in a blanket.Business must be good since they ran out of eggs to make more breakfast sandwiches when I was there. I ordered the cornbeef reuben served on rye with Swiss cheese and sauerkraut. The reuben was good and the cornbeef was lean and seasoned well.I also had the pig in a blanket. I think the hot dogs are not homemade. The dough surrounding the hot dog was buttery and flaky. Nothing spectacular just a plain hot dog wrapped in pastry dough. The girls working here are sweet and polite. Prices are reasonable and the food is unadulterated which makes it pure delicious and wholesome which is a beautiful thing.
