Bought a chimi burger and a patacon and both orders came on not so sanitary wrapping.wait time was horrible and food does not look as advertised and does not taste as it should.lady at front is dealing with money and using her phone to get orders for pick up while also cooking not a great experience.Prices that show online are not the prices that they are selling their food for it says chimis are 5 dollars but when i went to pay it was 13 dollars.I was not the only one that i noticed complain about their prices and very slow services. And again lady at front is using gloves but using the phone a d dealing with money all at the same time 🤢

$35 for this fritura, a coke and passion fruit cup. We ordered a 35 piece plate and told the guy to put the plantains on the side as I don’t like how they mix and get soggy, he agreed to it but said he wouldn’t add more pieces of meat (which we weren’t expecting anyways). He then proceeded to ask if we wanted the fritura “con todo..” without us asking he went ahead and said “carne, orejita, alitas..” and we said yes. Took an eternity and a half to get the food. We grabbed it and went to park elsewhere as they’re in a busy main road. Upon opening the bag, this is what we see. Limes that are already squished, no carne salada, tostones looked and tasted stale and old. Went back and the guy said he had ran out of meat and only had what he gave us. 1 chicken wing, 3 pieces of cheese, 1 orejita, 1 longaniza and the rest was ham. Refused to give money back although that was def not a 35 count as we had ordered. Most definitely not coming back here. We had gone last year (we are out of state and visit PA for the Christmas lights drive thru show) and that was ok, not good but not the worst so we thought maybe it was an off night to them but apparently this is who they are. Never again, stay far far away if you value your money, service and food quality.

The food was delicious and it was a nice affordable price. However, I would recommend that you call ahead because it took 45 minutes to get our order but it's a good late-night snack to ear it fresh.

We had an order for a party of 9 and the wait a little longer than expected but they had just opened. All of our food was correct and delicious, will definitely be coming back when we visit.
