Lancaster Beignet Company

After ordering $40 dollars worth of beignets, coffee and a sandwich, we sat down to wait for our food and my wife and I shared a bagel we had purchased next door. Out from the kitchen comes the epitome of a Karen and in a saccharine voice, “says next time please don’t bring outside food into our restaurant.” I said even if we purchased your food also she says “Yeah”. All that to say our first and last visit to Lancaster Beignet Company was less than stellar, granted the deep fried Oreo was pretty good…

This is a nice change from donuts! My coworkers really like the coffee drinks sold here too! Staff is very kind and it is clean store.

Decided to try this place out, but probably was a mistake on a Sunday. I wanted to try one of their breakfast sandwiches. Kudos for having some vegetarian and vegan options! Coffee was great as well, but let's get to the bad. The 2 ladies at the counter were horrible with their customer service skills. Making crude faces at customers and not being personable. I understand it's Sunday and it's busy, but do not establish a negative atmosphere in a cute cafe space. I waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I asked the staff for the ETA of when the food was finished. Never once did they reassure the food would be done in a timely manner. Yes I understand it was busy, but I personally think breakfast sandwiches shouldn't take 40 minutes to make. The staff member that refunded me was a little flustered, but we were able to apologize to one another and that was the saving grace to a chaotic morning. The other 2 ladies should have customer service training classes. Customers can read the faces you make at them, which leads to gaining new clientele or losing new and old ones. I never got to try the food since I wanted a refund, so I hope the food is better than the service!

Loved visiting this cute place! The beignets are amazing and the service was really great. I am definitely going to be coming back and would highly recommend anyone to come here.

My wife and visited this wonderful place during our visit to Lancaster a few weeks ago to celebrate her birthday. The cool decor and atmosphere reminded us of our trip to NOLA, the staff were warm and inviting, and the hot drinks and Beignet Bites were fantastic! We look forward to returning soon!

I'd eat every meal here. We were in for a snack, and I love that they have breakfast sandwiches on beignets and if I lived closer, I would get one every day. I would put hot ham and cheese or chicken salad on a beignet and I would get peanut butter and jelly on a beignet for my kids, and I would definitely have an afternoon snack of a classic powdered sugar-dusted beignet any time of day. And to top it off, I will take an order of fried Oreo beignets for dessert after every meal, please and thank you. I love that this place exists and, like I said, if I lived closer, I would be broke and fat because everything was great and I want to try everything else, all the time, over and over again.

Ordered on doordash, asked for 2 things not to be on the sandwich (mustard and cranberry relish) which showed up on the receipt, but the sandwich came COVERED in both. Like, a lot. Just disappointing. The beignets were good, though!

The beignets were perfect! We ate outside in front of the building and it was so nice. There is also seating inside. Staff was helpful, attentive, kind. Delicious mocha lattes.
