Lovely little place with a great selection of cupcakes, milkshakes and cupcake splits! They are two vegan cupcakes for individual sale, I got both flavours - both extremely tasty! They also had a selection box of mini GF and vegan cakes! Staff were friendly and the eating are and bathroom were very clean. Would return and recommend!

Came here late on a Saturday for gluten free cupcakes. Even though the GF cupcakes were in the same display case as the regular items, they were at the top of the display to prevent cross contamination from falling crumbs.
My best friend (who isnāt on a gluten free diet) said that she wouldnāt have known the cupcakes were gluten free if I hadnāt informed her.
Regarding Staff: Elise (if I remember correctly) was incredibly sweet ā no pun intended. I will absolutely be visiting again next time Iām in the area. Thanks for a decadent and safe dessert!!

My husband and I have been huge fans of Lancaster Cupcakes from the first time we tried them; way back when they had a small stand @ the Park City Mall. Their cupcakes were delicious, and no other bakery could touch themā¦ But now, like every other business that becomes successful, quality is the first thing that goes out the window.
It had been several years since weāve been able to take the drive (from York) to go get some of their cupcakes. My husband and I, were both excited about bringing home some of their cupcakes.
I walked in and was greeted warmly by a young lady, she was courteous and helpful. I picked out 12 cupcakes that came out to just under $41.00. While she was getting my order ready, I walked over to their freezers and looked at their cakes and what nots, I thought to myself, āI want one of these cakes for my Birthday this year.ā Then when I seen the tiny cupcakes in their freezer I stopped and thought to myself āI really hope that they arenāt freezing their cupcakes to keep up with demand.ā I seen my order was ready and I quickly picked up one of their frozen cakes in a jar and the young lady quickly rang me up, of which, I think came up to around $8.00 (but donāt quote me on that price). I walked out and left.
Within a couple of minutes, I decided to try one of the cupcakes while my husband was driving us home. As soon as I took my first bite, I knew something was really wrong; it was stale. I said, āmaybe I just got a bad one, maybe it was sitting there all day, after all, it was 7:30pm.ā We got home, and an hour later my husband came and sat down beside me, he was holding a paper plate with 2 cupcakes. He said you wanna try some? I grabbed his spoon and took a piece of the first oneā¦ NOPE, stale again. I quickly tried the other one and found out that one was also stale. They had to either be old, stale cupcakes, that had sat out in the open air all day, or, Lancaster Cupcakes are indeed, freezing their cupcakes. .
Before this incident, biting into their cupcakes was like biting into cotton candy. Itās a very noticeable difference!
Iāve read in other peopleās reviews where they called it a ācorn bread texture;ā thatās what frozen cake, or stale cake tastes like.
Itās been a long time since Iāve been this disappointed in anything. If it was the scenario of it being late in the evening, and then becoming stale from air. Then, that too is very unfortunate and you should warn people before buying. My personal opinion is theyāre freezing their cupcakes and thatās the problem. Either way, $40+ dollars for a dozen of cupcakes; I couldāve paid less than half that price and got the same quality at Walmartā¦

I come to this location often and absolutely adore this place! They have great cupcakes, sweet treats, milkshakes and their salted caramel latte never disappoints me. The manager Rey, is absolutely fantastic and so welcoming along with the rest of their lovely staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone, they stay consistent and are the sweetest in Lancaster.

REY, sheās the manager at this location and she was a lifesaver. I was headed back to Baltimore, Maryland and needed cupcakes at like 5:50pm and they closed at 6pm,but she was willing to allow me to make an online order while I was able to come by and pick the order up. She was so polite and so helpful. It was service that you really donāt see anymore. Anyone reading this, Iām pretty sure you know what Iām talking about. I havenāt tried the cupcakes yet, but they look delicious and I know my daughterās gonna be happy, thank you REY. I really appreciate you. You are wonderful. Keep your attitude because in that brief moment of kindness you made me feel True gratitude. Thatās not a feeling I can remember ever feeling before from a store so thank you Ray one day I will stop in again to say, Hey!

Cute cupcake spot. So many flavors to choose from. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. They even had cakes pre-made to go! Kinda wish my cupcake was served on a plate as I opted to stay and eat. But I'd be back again.
Incredible! We couldn't stop talking about how delicious the cupcakes sundae we got was. The cupcake itself was super fresh and the ice cream was high quality. We thought that the buttercream frosting on the cupcakes was specifically really tasty. The folks working at the front counter friendly and helpful. We also like that they have an ordering screen if that's more of your thing. Prices were very fair.

Two of the three vegan/GF options were available when I went - strawberry & chocolate. Got two of the chocolate cause I wanted EXTRA sweet treats and because they were so yummy. All of the cupcakes looked so good, wouldāve loved to see one of the Summer themed cupcakes as a vegan/GF option.
