My husband and I decided to try this place after I saw them on TikTok. When we first walked in we weren’t greeted and ignored by the two girls working. Being that it was our first time there was no menu or any signs up showing us what was offered (ice cream or shake option). One girl was sitting on her phone while the other just walking around packing cupcakes. We still decided to try 3 cupcakes. The girl at the register spoke so soft you could barely understand what she was saying. She didn’t even ask if we wanted the ice cream option or shake. She was rude ans basically just wanted to get the transaction out the way. I knew when we walked in we should have just turned around. The atmosphere was not friendly. Especially, for new customers. The 3 cupcakes we tired were the coconut one which was dry and the icing was hard, salted Carmel which tasted like artificial flavors and stale, carrot cake which the frosting was hard. I will not even attempt to waste my money on going to the other location. Disappointed and a waste of money.

I just ate a Pot o Gold cupcake from here and I'm about ready to drive 2.5hrs to come for more! ??? OMG!!!! The service over St.Patricks Day weekend was also phenomenal! These girls are quick and very attentive.? If there more more STARS to give THEY WOULD GET THEM ALL!!!???? I'm drooling! ? I'll BE BACK for sure!??? BEST CUPCAKE I EVERRRR HAD!

I highly recommend Lancaster cupcake. Their cupcakes are awesome. Their service is awesome and I just had a DoorDash delivery and it was the best DoorDash delivery I've ever had they make sure that your cupcakes are secure and you get them the way they should be. And they also put them in cute delivery boxes. So not only are they cute in their store because their store is awesome. They make their delivery just as best. I love this place and I want to thank them for their great customer service

I went here the other day and was DISAPPOINTED. Most of the designs and recipes are copied from another cupcake bakery. The customer service was also very rude, when I asked if I could see the vegan options I was ignored! The cupcakes are no better than a grocery store cupcake.

My family has been out to Lancaster Cupcake twice in the last few years and each visit has been fantastic. The kids loved the cupcakes and all the different flavors they offered. We also met the owners and they were just as charming as the location and cupcakes! I would highly recommend visiting if you are in the area! Absolutely worth it!

Yum. This place is all frills, girly pink, prettily decorated cupcakes, colorful swirls of icing; the perfect place for girl's day out or a special treat. I questioned about the other half of the sectioned off store and was informed LC has children's readings (how adorable) and decorating classes - what fun! There were other incredible cupcake concoctions, but my brain seemed to focus on the three tiered displays, behind the glass case. Oh my, what to choose? I opted for cupcakes, caramel and birthday cake. Cake was coarse, caramel flavored, filled with caramel, topped with a dallop of caramel icing and a swirl of caramel syrup. Can we say, caramel overload - but in the best way. Birthday cake, moist yellow cake, chocolate frosting and flat, colored sprinkles.
OMG !!! Such amazing cupcakes!!! We bought 6 and received a discount for each cupcake. Every cupcake we bought was absolutely delicious!! Staff was so helpful. Iced coffee was delicious. Best cupcakes I have ever had . !!! Must go and visit this place !!!
My mom got me this cake for my birthday. It was moist and sweet. But not the sweet that's overbearing. I can't wait to pay them a visit and see what other things they have!
