Mediocre. Visiting PA from South Carolina, stopped here after Hershey. The service was nice but inattentive, didn't even give menus. I ordered the vegetarian hoagie and the vegetables wernt even cooked. Very disappointed. Fries were good though, and I appreciate a veggie option.

Food is consistently good. Service is consistently inadequate/bad. Many of the servers are rude and inattentive. When DipCo is crowded it's not worth putting up with for the food. Not sure why they have so many positive reviews. I am a long-time Lancaster resident and used to eat here often. The service has gone downhill since it reopened. I would rather support local businesses that are actually nice to their customers.

Restaurant was a relaxing vibe. Good service. However, the food lacked flavor. Tasted premade. Ordered the chicken burritos and brisket sandwich.

Visiting from out of state. Wasn’t sure with the dispensing in the name, but decided it must be FOOD and not edibles. LOL. I had the special- a delicious French onion soup and half a turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomato croissant. My husband had the Rueben and it was very tasty. Service was quick and friendly.

My friend and I showed up just before noon for lunch. Whoever Server 4 is she was incredible. My friend ordered a bowl of chili and I had an open faced vegetarian melt with a side of fruit. Being diabetic I was concerned about the fruit being in sugar water and was assured that it was not. When the food came out I was amazed, I expected a 4 oz. cup of fruit. WRONG, the fruit was fresh slices of watermelon, cantaloupe, honey due, pineapple and more than a handful of large white grapes. The food was awesome and including 2 drinks (nonalcoholic), the bill was only $21. The chili was so large that my friend had to ask for a container to take it home.

Now for what blew me away. I am 60 years old and even when in college went out to great restaurants. Server 4 did something that in those 40 years I have never have happen. My iced tea was down to about 20% full when out of the blue our server showed up and put another iced tea on our table. She was very busy but was so attentive that she without asking just brought me a refill.

Highly recommend.

My wife and were recently downtown so see a show at the Fulton theater. We got there early with the intent of grabbing dinner at C’est la vie. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a reservation so we needed a backup plan. Fortunately, Lancaster Dispensing Company is literally 20’ away. In terms of caliber of food, it’s a million miles away. That’s not to say it’s bad. It’s your basic brew pub offering all of the pub food standards. My wife had the French onion soup (ironically) and a Caesar salad, and enjoyed both. I had an open face ham and Brie on toast points. It was ok, but nothing special. The wait staff was moving at high speeds covering way too many tables to be attentive. That said, they did a really nice job. As one might expect, fifteen minutes before showtime literally 2/3 of the patrons emptied into the streets. I would go back for lunch under less crowded conditions. Feels like a nice place to grab a burger and a few beers.

Well we loved the chicken salad , and the wings were yummy crispy and just the right amount of sauce . Nice restaurant , a little loud when it is crowded . The only negative the grilled chicken sandwich was a 1/8 of an inch thin.piece of chicken . We will return . ???

I don't even know how we found it, but we are glad we did. My picky eaters ate their meals with no complaints. Service was good and the atmosphere is cool.

Food was amazing! Wings were crispy and flavorful. Crab cakes were perfectly cooked and didn't seem to have filler. Cajun chicken salad was fresh and yummy. Strongly recommend if you are in the area to check this place out.
