Poor customer service. Only two people serving tables. Seating ourselves was fine. It was the smart comments and walking by several times without acknowledgement but we received water at minimal. Not an inviting restaurant (waitress fault) never got a chance to order food. When we flagged the waitress to acknowledge us again she mumbled something slick. However she never took our order and we walked out. Very nice person on the outside that observed the situation and recommended another spot “YORGOS” two block up was excellent!

I went during a weekend stay at the Marriott, and wound up coming back for the wings and bringing friends for burgers.
Cocktails were great, food was meh, service was super friendly.

This was our first time dining at Lancaster Dispensing Company. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was great, and the food was wonderful. The menu is large and varied. Everyone of our party of four was happy. We had appetizers, dinner, dessert, and drinks. We will definitely be coming back.

I must be missing something looking at all these other reviews because none of them were my experience AT ALL. Let me first start by saying that the atmosphere was nice. Small & a bit loud but nice nonetheless, however the food & service were terrible. I ordered a California burger & was excited about it as I love burgers, sprouts & mushrooms. I was HEAVILY disappointed to receive a subpar burger that was topped with dry sprouts & VERY dry mushrooms. I made the mistake of assuming that the mushrooms would be sauteed like most burgers with mushrooms are, they indeed were not. I ended up taking everything off of the burger, bun & all & just ate the patty. The waitress seemed annoyed to have to be at work as she gave very short answers & was not attentive. I asked for lemons with my water that she forgot, which happens but when I reminded her that I asked for lemons she was clearly bothered & brought 2 little slices when I very clearly asked for several. All in all the experience was incredibly disappointed & I cannot see myself returning or even recommending Dip Co to anyone else.
I'll give a place several tries, especially being a local. But, when I send out of town guest to an establishment, and the service and food were not even close to par. It's no longer a go for me.

Cute little restaurant nestled among the side streets of Lancaster. We got right in on valentines night. Stuffed crab mushrooms for appetizer, sweet heat wings give a sweet salty flavor. Amazing! The special was shrimp, and sausage over rice tossed in a cajun sauce. Topped it all off with strawberry cheesecake n coffee. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

I’ve had the ham and cheese croissant which was delish, the beef brisket sandwich was out of this world & the macaroni salad side is sheer magic. My husband very much enjoyed the fish and chips. Service is attentive, kind. The atmosphere is cozy and comforting, with a vintage feel. I recommend this restaurant & will continue to return each time I come in town.

Enjoyed dinner here with friends from work. Service was excellent, we had a large party and were squished together. Would have been more comfortable with some room to breathe. The mushroom sampler was very good, I should have ordered another.
