I ordered two pizzas. One was their pie smothered with pepperoni. The other was plain. Both were to be THIN crust. What was delivered by DOOR DASH was ONE pizza. It was regular or thick crust with two meat toppings. Not what I ordered. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! I promise to NEVER order pizza from Little Caesars again!!! I'm very angry!! Whenever I call their place of business, their phone just rings and goes to a fac machine. THEY SUCK!!!! Door Dash should have checked my order and noticed something was wrong. This driver is too ignorant to have a drivers license.

I just ordered today from door dash and I didn't receive my three dipping sauces because I ordered the crazy sauce and two ranches. The door dash app didn't give me a notification on a refund for them. Instead I just got my pizza and Italian cheese bread so I don't appreciate that they're lacking on refunds from this particular spot.

Go to another location. The staff can barely understand you when you try to order. They’re very rude as well. They got our entire order wrong. We wanted three pretzel crust pizzas with the cheese sauce. We asked for no salt on the crust. The employee repeatedly asked “no sauce?” and eventually we had to point to a picture of the salted crust for him to get it. Okay no big deal, and our crusts did not have salt, but our pizzas didn’t have sauce either. Actually, they did, they had splotches of regular pizza sauce here and there under the cheese. We drove 20 minutes home before realizing that all three pizzas were completely wrong. While sitting in the lobby, we saw what we assume is the manager just blatantly ignoring customers, and then yelling at them and being rude when he did acknowledge them. A woman asked for a specific item and he repeatedly yelled “no, out” over and over at her until she realized he meant that they were out of the item. We didn’t bother driving 20 minutes back or calling the store because most likely they wouldn’t understand or care about any compliant or mistake anyway. Don’t go here.

Horrible, there’s never any pizza hot ready , the people taking orders and running the place are very rude , false advertisement they never answer the phone. This has been going on ever since the new people I’ve took over it. Going to call corporate and complain.

There weren't any pizzas ready to go when we arrived. Customer service was not great. We waited about 10-15 mins. When we were leaving it was when I noticed the female worker making the pizzas was wearing rings and bracelets. No gloves or anything either. They were all up in the pizza. The floor was also filthy. I will not be returning to this location again.
